Splat Aqua Rush Semi Permanent Hair Dye Kit with Bleach, 1 Application, Includes Blue Hair Dye, Oxide & Bleach Powder, Vegan & Cruelty Free Hair Color

A few things to know about Splat products: 1) Hairdressers hate it. 2) It will stain. 3) Do not use their bleach. It is very harsh. 4) The color will stay forever & is not easy to get back out. I've used Splat products for years. I used to spend money for a hairdresser to do it, but their color washes away so fast. Plus, most people don't have an imagination to do your hair differently without specific instructions. I change my hair color every 6 weeks. I just do it myself now. I use a professional bleach & developer (Blonde Me). The Splat brand will fry your hair if you use it too much. It is also very drying. In the pictures, you can see what I had before. It was Splat pink fetish, a tiny spot of orange right in the front, & purple in the back. It had been close to 8 weeks or so since I had dyed my hair. I usually only lighten it every other time, so about every 12 weeks. You can see what it looked like after the bleach process in the 2nd picture. The last 2 pics are after it was done. The Splat Aqua Rush is the dark blue in the front & back. The light blue in the front is Punky Color & will not last long at all. The green & lighter aqua color are Artic Fox. After I bleach my hair, I literally take what colors I think I want & put them on a white towel to see what goes best. All of my colors are Splat or Artic Fox (with the exception of some Punky Color that I had left over from a long time ago.) I use Redken Acidic Color Gloss shampoo & conditioner. I also have some color-protecting conditioner that is left over from when I do the back in black or dark red from a box. If you are smart about this product, you can use it with great results.

I had never dyed my hair before, and had decided to go for some crazy colors since my hair is a really boring dishwater brown. I used the bleach that came with the kit which was pretty effective. it turned my hair into and orangey- blonde color. I applied the blue goo not really knowing what I was getting into. COVER EVERYTHING. Sinks, counter tops, your toilet. anything within like 5 feet of where you'll be working. This stuff even stains non-porous surfaces, like bathtubs. I'm really happy with the color. My hair went from a medium-dark brown to a nice vibrant aqua. I have washed it once and the color seems to stay well enough. Do try to skip washing your hair though. Do buy yourself a nice leave in/deep conditioner, as the bleach will damage your hair. Overall great product! I will definitely buy it again in the future. .

I bleach my roots with Absolut Platinum (from walmart) . The bleach it comes with burns like hell (but will turn your hair white if you mix 2 splat powder bleach packs with 1 liquid) I do my own hair and get tons of compliments. Things you ought to know: 1. Green won't stick and will fade fast. Purple and blue are awesome 2. The more you wash you hair the faster it will fade. 3. Semi-permanent colours will fade over 2 months (see third photo for 2-3 month fade) 4. Dark colours will look hella dark, but will chill out after a few washes. 5. This shit stains all your stuff, so be careful with dropping while dyeing. 6. It will dye your skin if you rub it in. Google some precautions if you care about that.

SPLAT has been my trusted brand for about a year. I've tried multiple colors and each one has provided rather excellent results. With every other day washing I get about 2 solid months of vibrant color after which the intensity slowly starts to fade. I generally recolored about every 5 months at which point I would have anyway to cover my showing roots. In the picture below, I used the Aqua Rush on the front of my hair and the Blue Envy as the base color. The picture was taken about 1 month after I colored and only took about 1/3 of a box on my length of hair. The best part about this dye? It comes with BOTH the bleaching agent and the color making it very reasonably priced. I am definitely going to try more colors in the future! Pros: Easy to use, vibrant colors, inexpensive Cons: Can bleed on clothing if not properly washed out, fades a bit sooner than I would like

This is Jacob. Jacob is upset because he wants blue hair. Jacob wants to be a splat-head. Jacob says being a splat-head will make him happy again. Jacob begs his mother for weeks and even months to buy a bottle of splat. Jacob's mother finally gives in ... Jacob is happy because his hair looks awesome. But -- Two weeks later Jacob is sad again. His awesome blue hair washed out and bled very quickly and now his hair is green. Jacob's mother is sad now too, she has to buy new dye because her son's hair looks like crap. First off, I have never in my life smelled such an awful hair stripper. I have been dying my own hair roughly 20 years now. I have been every color you can think of and have used hair strippers many, many times. This has a very potent ammonia smell. I dyed my son's hair in my bathroom and had to turn the exhaust fan on and open a window. It was so bad that I couldn't stand to be in there the entire time and had to leave the room while it stayed in his hair. Second, I told him to expect some slight burning. I've always found this to be normal for using strippers. I always had a slight burning feeling to my scalp, but never anything too bad. It burned so bad for my son that we had to take the stripper out before the recommended time. (He was already blonde, so I figured it wouldn't matter too much anyways.) He seemed to have a reaction to the stripper and it was turning his scalp very red. It does state that you should do a test before applying. I would definitely suggest paying close attention to this, especially if you're dying your kid's hair for the first time. Third, it came out a great, dark and vibrant shade, but quickly faded until it was light green. In the last picture you can even see how there's some blonde showing again after it has faded and bled out.

This kit comes with everything you need to bleach your hair and then dye it. We used this dye for my daughter to dye just the lower half of her long hair. In the past we have also used this to dye my husband's goatee and my son's mohawk. If you plan on dyeing your hair near your face you will probably want some Vaseline to ensure that you don't dye your skin. This kit comes with a pair of plastic gloves but I recommend have extra so you can use one set for bleach and another for dye. The bleach must all be used at one time but the dye can be stored if you have short hair and don't use it all. We find the dye to stay bright for around a week and then we usually re-dye at around 3 to 4 weeks with normal washing.

Exactly like the box shows on pre lighted hair.Color last for a couple weeks.Would buy again!

Ive done this color before dont think it was the same seller and it turned out very well. It was the right color. The bleach did amazing i didnt expect it to lighten some parts of my previously dyed hair and it did! 10/10. you might need two for thick and or long hair
