They both work great!!!! the one on the left puting out the least amount of smoke is using spirit halloween low lying fog juice. The one on the right putting put the most is using fog worx high density fog juice. I tried both juice's in each machine and i got the same results out of both machines. They work perfectly i definitely recomend this machine.

I am having a Halloween gathering and wanted to add some spooky elements. This machine says for indoor use only but I figured hey I can try it outside (party is indoor/outdoor) I tested it indoor and it had the area foggy in less than five minutes - I didn't add a lot of fluid. I took it outdoor to see and wellllll helloooooooooo It worked even better. I didn't add a lot of fluid and it will be sitting low on a concrete slab for the event but the video shows a little of the eeriness it created. The lights work so good that once it was positioned how I wanted it I will not have to use my main backyard lighting or the string lights that I have strung up. I will alter this review to show it better in use after my event. So far though 5 stars. I also did not notice any burning smell that may have during warm up.

This just arrived for the Halloween season and I loved my last fogger that died last year (6 years old). The kids in the neighborhood get a kick out of it so I decided to buy another one. I scoured Amazon and to be honest a lot of them had some pretty scary reviews (fire/ shock etc.) that I almost didn't buy one. I was remiss in the fact that this one does not have an automatic spray like my other one had which is disappointing. I didn't care about LED lights but now that I see them lit they will be kinda of cool. They have a lot of different colors. It states that it is for indoors so if it is at all wet outside I won't be using it ( that shock thing is concerning). I tried it out to make sure it would work at the end of this month and it took awhile for the unit to heat up additionally, did have a burning smell but that is to be expected for new product. I will update if anything notable happens in a couple weeks for Halloween. PSA - After Halloween last year I had some left over juice in my unit and decided to run it out the next day. My advice is to stay outside while it is running... my neighbor came running down the hill with cell phone in hand about to dial 911 thinking my house was on fire. Whoops.

Easy for me to figure out. As the sun started to set on Halloween, the wind picked up and I thought we wouldn't be able to really see the effect. The wind stopped when it was completely dark, and the fog moved out through my garden and seemed to fill the space between the ground and the branches where I had wrapped orange mini lights. Very spooktacular!! I ran it for 2 hours refilling every half hour. I have lots of the gallon of glycerin left for the next time, to say nothing of the remainder of the quart of full strength glycerine I didn't mix. I'd say we're in for a few years of spooky fog on Halloween.

Well, not exactly DOA, but definitely non functional. Unit powered up and the preheating light comes on, but after 15 minutes of waiting, it's still on, and the device is stone cold despite the multiple warnings of 'high heat'. So clearly not working. The LEDs work with the included remote but without any heat, there will be no smoke. So that's the first problem. Although not related, the float sensor that checks for when you run out of fog liquid just sits on the bottom of the tank. If I take it out and manually move the sensor on its 'pole', then the 'out of liquid' light comes on, so the switch works. But since the whole thing just sits in the tank, that float will never actually 'float'! I'm sure this is supposed to be attached to the tank. All of these fog machines look remarkably similar, with similar reviews. Many kind of work, many break within 2 or 3 uses, some are DOA. I'm returning this one and getting one that's a slightly different design, but my expectations are low at this point. If I got one that was not put together well, that's poor QC, so wouldn't recommend. If this is actually supposed to be like this, it's poor design, so also wouldn't recommend. 1 star. Fail. Sorry.

Bought this thing for a Halloween party we had. I chose this one for the cost and reviews. When it arrived and I saw the size of it, I didn’t expect much. But put some High Density Fog Works in it and man did this thing pump out the fog! I was impressed. I think we made our own cloud that was hanging over the neighborhood. Ha! I would say the only negative would be the tank size. If you’re having the machine put out fog as fast as it can, it goes through the tank in about 20-30minutes if I’m remembering correctly.

So I guess it is my fault for not doing enough research on fog machines indoors.... We went to test it out one night before our Halloween party, and in about 3 minutes, the entire house was filled with fog and every smoke alarm was going off. It was pretty funny except it was 9pm at night so I'm sure our neighbors weren't thrilled. So for this review I am giving the Fog Machine itself 5 stars. Very good stream of fog and for the 3 minutes before the alarms went off, our house looked AWESOME. I'm giving the ability to use it inside 0 stars. Kind of bummed we couldn't use it but just know this is a really good fog machine if you can somehow get around setting off all of your smoke alarms.
