It's a piping tip. Does what it needs to for pastry. For context, I'm using it for giantic elcairs (fork thru the top after), or cream puffs, or macarons.

Not a baker by any means but wanted to take a shot at making some pumpkin cupcakes with cream cheese frosting for a baby shower. This tip made frosting easy and it looked just like how I was picturing it.
