this computer came as promised and was everything it said. lots of space and no issues as of yet. great price as well

I purchased this computer to save space and improve speed. I had a 10 year old HP computer. After installing this one, my speed has slowed and I have given it every chance to improve. Do not buy this if you are trying to be more efficient. Keep looking.

Love this PC. It's lightweight which makes it easy to move around. Sometimes I'll move to the kitchen table while I want to converse or watch TV while I'm working. Setup was a breeze!!

My client bought this to replace the other computer she had which was crap. Overall the install was easy but she has had a hard time with getting it to open without her being able to remember her passwords. Very fustrating for elderly and/or disabled.

Good value for the money

I did not like Amazon's customer request response. I did not at all like the fact that the product I selected, a black, large monitor, with 1TB, and high ram specs, was photo substituted with the white wired desktop. I feel this product was forced on me with all the delay and stall pick up tactics. Though Amazon has now cost me over $600.00 I have decided to bite the loss, and move on to a regifting notion.

My daughter is finally finishing school. This computer was well suited for the task.

This computer was so slow it must have been defective. Constantly lagging. I returned it within 2 weeks of purchase and had to ask about the refund 5 days after they received the return. And for some reason, the company only refunded $386 instead of the full $436 I originally paid.
