We recommend to change (remove) the discs or tape every 2 to 3 days due to sanitary reasons. You can leave them on the skin while taking the shower.

Can this tape be used for facial cosmetic applications? Hi

I personally wouldn't use this tape on my face because the skin is extremely sensitive and thinner than most parts of the body. I can tell you that when it comes time to remove the tape, it will sting a little even if using on the upper outer arms, shoulder, legs and shin.
