Fantastic protection in all aspects of internet security, activation code is sent by post, very easy to install and set up. A bonus feature for me is the performance improvements made to my PC. Privacy and protection at a fantastic price.

Great value for a full suite and very easy to use, was with another brand for years that due to recent events was pulled from stores etc... And wanted something as good and as simple to navigate and this ticks all the boxes. Top software and key is genuine. Install was easy create an account and add the code then download software to device. Anitivirus detection quality seems good so far. No complaints.

Works quietly in background for the most part. Does have slightly annoying nags to keep telling what my network type is which can be irritating. Customer service is reasonably responsive and the account works well for management of multiple devices. Includes mobile licences in the count which is great. 2 issues I've found which are highly specific and unlikely to bother many. 1) Close Excel macros that launch a shell process via a command prompt get killed instantly for suspicious activity. This is very annoying for me and there appears to be no workaround other than temporarily disabling some protection settings and hoping you remember to reactivate afterwards. 2) Any game using Teredo tunneling gets blocked by the Firewall (e.g. Forza 4). I ended up turning off for the duration and agin hoping I remember to reactivate afterwards. It's been like that for at least 4 years of revisions so don't know expect it to be fixed. Appears to be a feature. Lost a star cos I have to temporarily disable protection to do some tasks.

I have been in IT business for 20 years and i can honestly say there is non better then BitDefender, other might have more features but all in all this is the best AV i had, i recomend and install Bitdefender only, might have gone too much use to it but i have tried all brands but after a bit time i use to always look for alternatives, after using bitdefender never felt any need to go to other brands, always protects against all the online scams, viruses, bad sites, trojan and the details of issues and scams are always explained in easy way for noobs aswell. the price is Amazon amazon cant be found anywhere, so beleive me and take a leap you wont be dissapointed.

I bought two of these, one for a relative and his family and one to extend my current subscription. Both worked perfectly, my relative is now adding additional devices to his subscription and has saved lots of money compared to his previous VC and I extended mine early and it add ed to my current subscription. Perfect. As to the product itself, it is one, if not the best out there (see the Which reviews).

I have been using Bitdefender for years both personally and on our church account with no issues until today. I noticed on Amazon that they had a special offer for a 10 devices which I bought for our church. At the moment we only have 5 devices active and my intention was to extend the license period of the current 5 devices and add more devices to the account. Followed the instructions and went to the "My Subscriptions" web page and clicked the "Upgrade" button which produced another web page where the only option available was to buy another subscription which was useless to me as I already have a new subscription purchased from Amazon. I went back to "My Subscriptions" and the only other option was to press the "Activate with Code" button. This produced an entirely new subscription section, with no option to extend existing licenses, with 10 vacant licenses for new device allocation. It appears that extending existing licenses is a thing of the past and if you want to keep existing licenses active then auto renewal is now your only option. This in my opinion is very short sighted and denies loyal customers the option to take advantage of discounted offers on licenses to extend their subscription and forces existing customers to either purchase new licenses via the "Upgrade" button or to go down the auto renewal route both of which cost more and is clearly designed to benefit Bitdefender and not existing customers. With regret when my personal and church subscriptions expire I'll be looking elsewhere.
