This product does NOT have the blend of spices that true Nuremberg sausage requires.
Having lived in the Nuremberg area for two years, I fell in love with the unique blend of spices that make Nuremberg sausage, NUREMBERG sausage. While this sausage is good, it is NOT true Nuremberg sausage. Caveat emptor!

Arrived spoiled…
I received the package today. It arrived in a styrofoam cooler with a single Ice pack that had melted and the sausages were spoiled.
