Yeah, B vitamins are not my favorite to take because they smell and taste awful but their benefits outweigh my disgust for their smell and taste. They help give me energy and also supports my nerves. I do the subscribe and save to save a little money.

2nd year of using my inactive B's. All labs through medical show that this product is excellent. Swallows easy, and reminds me of the liquid vitamins as a child in this 50's. Good memory.

Overall happy with the product BUT the smell and taste are strong. This is the one vitamin I don’t look forward to taking! The memories of being a small child and hating having to take medicine comes to mind, pinching my nose while my gram put the spoonful of whatever it was at the time, in my mouth and gagging on it! 🤢 Also, I get a niacin flush after taking them which is a bit uncomfortable for about 20 minutes or so. At first I had no idea what was even happening to me. After starting 2 new vitamins I new it had to be one of them, that’s when I learned about niacin flush. The next morning I took it after breakfast which definitely made a difference! No itching or beet red face! Back to the taste and smell... maybe putting it in applesauce would be helpful? I’ll soon find out!

I troubles with my circulation in my feet and legs this product helps to prevent leg cramps and flow of blood through the veins.
