This is what you've been searching for
Very pleased, received two packages of "00" Caputo Flour. Which are a little over 35 ounces each, or 1 kg each with a combined total of 2kg or about 4-1/2 pounds. I have a year before the expiration date. The flour was packaged well with absolutely no leaks. I purchased this flour due to its reputation of being an excellent flour for making the best pasta. The texture makes it easier to handle, roll & has a wonderful taste. The correct flour for whatever you're making makes a world of difference in the end product. Not to mention how well you digest it. I'm in the USA and unfortunately our flour isn't as well digested. This flour isn't just for pasta, there are many varieties of breads and pizza recipes which call for "00" or a blend that is part "00".

Great flour for pasta, pizza dough

Helps make better noodles
Fineness of the flour helps make smooth dough faster but due to expense, i would mix this 50/50 with regular flour (same results). It really takes alot of work to hand kneed dough but it keeps for a few days and the pasta really is good. I recommend home made pasta with a delicate sauce or white sauce with some flavor. Don't sit on your phone all night, get up and make some noodles!

Perfect for pasta
This is great flour. No additives or refinement; very healthy. Easy to work with and makes great pasta. I also tried making pizza dough with it and it was excellent. Highly recommended and I will buy more.
