Sure. It just velcros on and weighs nothing. I think the bigger question is "Is carbon an appropriate material for a fork?" Zing.

Will this fit on the runner x ro1 fat tire e-bikes?

I own a bluto rock shock fork on my fat bike, and it fits great. Mine has a 4.8 tire. Steve

Doesn't mud still splash up all underneath the bike?

Get the one for the downtube as well. I rotate it so the longer portion faces forward while using their fender for the down tube. Keeps the bike and you as clean as possible
