Another quality MXR pedal
Pretty easy to learn and easy to use, has better sound reproduction than my cheaper looper. I have had good luck with every MXR pedal I have used.

It works well
It’s a great pedal, gets the job done well and does everything it claims to do

Lots of fun, simple to use.
Simple, fun, and sounds great. Built like a tank and surprisingly small footprint let’s it swap into an existing pedal board with no problem. Record each part with different effects to create entire songs or parts. Just plain fun!

Little Looper with big features!
It only takes a few minutes to learn to use this looper. Take your time and you'll see how far you can push it. Remember trash in trash out! If your sound is dirt, you get looped dirt. I plug a mxr tap tempo and mini volume controller into it. That allows me to control the volume of my dubs as I lay them down on top of each other. Just takes a little patience and you can create some incredible loops.

Great replacement for my Akai Headrush (I & II)
Needed a longer loop time and simple to use like my Akai units (11s to 22s max). This supports the same quick setup and has a longer playing time (I'll never use 5m). It does play a few seconds of the last recorded loop while holding to clear it (annoying live). So far, pretty pleased with it.

A simple two-button looper, and yet a big learning curve
The good qualities are that it's solidly built and the sound quality is excellent. But it's a two button looper. It can record a loop. It can add layers to the loop. It can delete the top-most layer. It can delete the whole thing. It can also do reverse and fast or slow speed playback. Other simple two button loopers are easy to use. You start a loop with the left button. Close the loop with the left button again. Start another layer with the left button. Delete the top layer by holding down the left button. Stop playback by tapping the right button. Clear it out by holding the right button. That's what OTHER two button loopers do. But this one, oh, well, THIS one. Yeesh. Well, what you GET that you don't get with other units is that you can close the first loop and begin recording a new layer in one click of the left button. I guess that might be handy. I've never wished for it, but I can imagine it being useful. I guess. How do you just close the first loop and leave it playing without recording another layer? Well, you click the right button. Which means clicking the right button can't mean "stop." Except SOMETIMES clicking the right button does mean stop. But on the release, not on the click. (Why?) How do you clear the whole thing? Well, if it's playing, you can hold the left button down. It'll stop at some random not very musical moment and wipe. What if it's not playing? Well, you can hold the left button down, but that'll make it start playing. Which it'll do for a few seconds before it stops and clears out. What if you want to clear the loop without it blurting out a few seconds of the old loop? Well, you can hold down the volume knob. Hold it. Hold it. Because tapping the volume knob changes the playback speed, and holding the volume knob down longer puts it in reverse, but holding the volume knob down for a long long time will make the lights blink and THEN you can hold down the left button and THEN it will clear the memory silently. This thing is modes on top of modes on top of modes. I am confident any intelligent person can eventually memorize all the "this button does this, except when it does that, and that other mode where it does this other thing, and also some other thing sometimes." I've decided to keep it and learn all that. But..... But....... IT'S JUST A TWO-BUTTON LOOPER. Should be simple. But it ain't.

A great, well-featured and expandable looper
Typical of MXR, it's a solid pedal. The separate overdub and play buttons make it easy to use, especially for me as a beginner looper. The speed and reverse controls add extra layers and the option to expand with tap and volume add-ons is good to have.

Exelente looper creativo.
