Plantar Fasciitis Socks

These compression sleeves have been really comfortable for everyday use and have genuinely helped with foot discomfort and support throughout the day. They fit well without feeling overly tight, and the compression around the arch and heel feels supportive while still being comfortable enough to wear for long periods. They’ve also washed very well multiple times without shrinking or losing their shape, which is a big plus. Overall, a comfortable and supportive option that has worked really well for us.

I bought these mainly for extra support when my feet were feeling sore after long periods of standing and walking. They fit snugly without feeling overly restrictive and provide a noticeable amount of compression around the arch and heel. They're comfortable enough to wear under normal socks and shoes, and the material is breathable so they don't feel too hot during the day. I also liked that they stayed in place without constantly needing adjustment. Sizing is worth paying attention to before ordering, as a compression sleeve that is too tight or too loose won't be as comfortable. The support is noticeable, but don't expect it to be a miracle solution overnight. I've found them useful for everyday wear when my feet need a bit of extra support, especially on busier days when I'm on them for longer than usual.

Well, I am a power walker. I was power walking 6 miles about 5-6 times a week back in the summer and autumn. Now I’m not sure how I ended up getting Achilles Tendonitis, at least I think that’s what it was. My achilles heel just started feeling sore and frail for quite awhile. Now I did impulsively jump on the spot a lot, (something which I have consciously stopped doing now), but sometimes it’s just habitual! Anyway, apart from that and the high knee taps, & jumping jacks that I was doing, I believe it was most likely a combination of everything that led to my Achilles Tendonitis. And so for the first week or two, I was just resting it, so sadly I wasn’t able to continue my power walks which were important for me to do! Although I told myself that I was resting it and letting it heal, it still took a toll on me mentally, and in other ways also. But basically, I wasn’t noticing my heel getting any better, so I ended up finding out about this product, got it, as I needed something to accelerate the recovery time, so I could get back to doing what was necessary for my mental health, and sure enough this paid off! It firstly allowed me to start power walking again without having to worry about my heel being irritable or sore. I felt a sense of protection on it, and it didn’t really hurt either. A few aches here and there, but it was no more than negligible! I started wearing this compression sock for about an hour or two at first, and then gradually longer and longer. I am about 187cm, size 13 1/2, so a large seemed to be a good fit for me. I think it was the best fit for me. Even though my blood circulation felt a little blocked for the first 2 times of wearing at first, the compression sock soon started to get elasticated, and stretch after prolonged use, so it started to feel comfortable to wear for most of the day by then. But ultimately, this compression sock surely made a big difference! Speeded up the recovery time as it say’s, and allowed me to power walk again with more ease and protective comfort on my heel. P.S, this has to be a must buy! For any avid power walker/walker/runner, or anyone who has any foot/ankle/heel issues.

Look ok but the sizing is way ouy, buy bigger than what the guide says

Bought these socks for compression support as I had seriously damaged the ligaments down the side of my foot. These socks were truly the best thing ever, they really have helped ease the pain and I don't say that lightly. Inexpensive. Comfortable to wear. Would definitely recommend.

Worked wonders for my plantar fasciitis, made my first steps in the morning so much more easier and less painful! I’m a size 5 uk and have quite skinny feet I ordered a size small and they fit perfectly.

Ok I’ve never ever left a review for anything anywhere but felt I should for this. Now I can’t say I had a baby Jesus hands laid on complete recovery the moment this was slipped on like some reviews on here, but there is most definitely a change in my injury. I’m pretty sure I’ve got an Achilles heel that appeared suddenly, couldn’t put foot to ground for several days, completely out of the blue, completely stopped my exercising, around 7 miles walk a day. I also know I was overdoing things and continued after realising it was hurt and then bang excruciating pain. Couple days rest and was a little improved and tried inserts in trainers which helped a little but could only walk a very short distance, around house only. So saw these and thought ok give them a try, reviews from some who put them on and not only could they run 50 miles and their eyesight was cured too immediately sounded promising. Now I can’t claim that, I did measure my foot and got the correct size, I’d say that was important and shouldn’t be guessed. Once on they’re like a really good compression sock, can barely feel it’s on, under a sock really it just disappears. They don’t travel or move about they just fit really nicely, not circulation cutting off but firm. Now the effect, it’s been really quite surprising! I’ve only been wearing them full days for two days now, there is still heel pain but it’s lessened a huge amount, I found it a little uncomfortable in bed so take it off to sleep. Waking in the morning I can put foot to floor quite easily and once it goes on it just gives a nice support. I can feel the muscles now in back of leg, across the top of foot and under starting to ‘give’ like they’re stretching again and I’ve a very reduced limp now, most of the time walking normally. It will be a while until I will be back to my daily total again, but seeing as it was my fault in first place I’ll just have to suck it up! So to sum up, yeah give them a go, don’t expect a miracle but if it has helped me then there’s a very good chance a less sceptical person will get great results immediately. If it improves at same rate I’d say in three or four days I’ll be pretty back to normal which would be great. Thumbs up from a non reviewer 👍

Fits nicely. Does the job.

Seems like a decently made product and may work for some, but defo wasn't for me. Too thin, too tight, and the folded edge at the top was going to leave a serious dent.

I found almost instant relief. The pain in my heels was less painful. I realized that I needed to order one size up. I ordered according to my shoe size. I just ordered 2 more pairs one size up. I have Great Expectations! that I will get the desired outcome. Which is less heel pain.

I measured myself for these carefully using the sizing chart on the website but found that the actual product was smaller than expected. It would be helpful if the colors of the sleeves were actually black rather than having the red streak mixed in.
