This was the perfect companion for obtaining my CNA license. Here it is a few years later, and I still have this book, as well as an RN certificate hanging on my wall. The book really goes into depth to include detailed instructions and pictures to help new healthcare workers get comfortable with their new job.

Very informative,would have given 5 stars if only the CD which came along with it wasn’t ruined. And by coincidence of my classmates all got their books with the CD cracked also. Unable to play !!

I enrolled in CNA and I am surprise with the price, in school they charge almost double the price, good thing I check and buy at Amazon it saves me more especially I have a prime member. This book is good to read and its really informative for the student who will take CNA/GNA

I am very dissapointed with my purchase. I ordered a new book thus paying $56, I did not want an old book but what I received was an old book with bent corners and several scratches on the cover. Very very dissatisfied!!

The book and extra paperwork helped me pass my State Board test & Skills test. I also was able to be ahead of the class as well from receiving my book 2 weeks early.
