first things first, this is more for sentimental value and not writing per se if you buy this thinking it will write as well as it is priced, you'd be disappointed n while i knew this i ws still a lil disappointed cos the refill hs starting problems (not unlike our old Reynolds pens) and is thicker than i like (tho of course you can buy fine point cartridges later) an additional issue is you're not quite sure if d ink is blue or black :D once it starts writing tho, it works lik a charm n i hv actually written on single sheets of loose paper held at awkward angles in my hand without either the page tearing or the ink stopping - it's so natural you forget how unnaturally awesome it is! this is how pens should be but coming from writing to what this pen actually means to lay ppl like you n I, boy this is a keeper the metal is so assuring, the feel in your palm (yes it fits in ur palm) so good and the finish so matt, it literally won't reflect anything the form is beautiful and practical - love how d closed pen is so small yet with d cap on d back it takes d size of a full sized pen! what i liked best tho, and what i always like in not necessarily costly but classy products, is how unassuming it is! if you don't tell ppl abt its significance no one will assume anything special about it or go gaga and yet everyone who sees it or holds it or of course writes with it will definitely like it :) that's good design for you <3 <3
