Cannondale Men's Morphis Jacket

With an upcoming century having rain in the forecast for over half the ride, I knew I had to get a rain jacket. My existing cycling jackets were geared more for the cold and temps were going to be in the mid-60's, so those wouldn't do - too thick. This Cannondale jacket fit the bill. This particular model is labeled by Cannondale as semi-fitted, so folks looking for a really close fit might want to look elsewhere. The collar and sleeve cuffs are snug enough that rain won't get in. The bottom of the jacket has drawstrings to cinch tight around you. It's got 4 pockets - 2 side pockets, a chest pocket, and large rear pocket - all zippered.I get warm pretty quickly, so once the rain passes but temps may still be a bit cold, a great feature is being able to remove the sleeves and turn this into a vest. Magnets hold the sleeves and a layer circling your upper back between the sleeves - all of that comes off in one piece. Though you can do it on the bike, I'd probably not try it again. Unlike arm warmers you can peel off and keep reasonably clear of your wheels, this one needs you to peel it off behind you, with the sleeves dangling down behind you - after I had done it, I realized it was probably too easy for them to get tangled in the rear wheel. But once those sleeves are off, you have just the vest and your body temp gets definitely much cooler. The upper half on the back, underneath the piece you just took off, is a mesh layer for breathability.This is a great product, and kept me dry in the rain, even through a quick burst of heavy rain during our century. Highly recommended!

This is a really great jacket. I tried it on in a local shop, but they didn't have my size. I knew I had to have it, so I got it here. I didn't have a good wind/rain jacket or a good vest, and now I have both. I have used this for both cycling and running. The magnetized sleeves are excellent. It's very easy to get them on and off (although I am hesitant to do it while rolling on the bike, since I am nervous about catching a sleeve in the spokes). Once removed, the vest has great ventilation on the back to help cool you down. Also, the pockets all work well and have zippers. The back pocket is very handy and was big enough to hold my running gloves once I had warmed up. The fit is good. I am 6', 180 lbs, with somewhat broad shoulders. The large is a good fit for me, although I may have liked it a little more snug for cycling.

Jacket works as advertised only issue is the sleeves are way too short for a bike jacket. The elastic on the sleeve openings makes the sleeves get stuck on you forearm. I kept the jacket but after one ride sent it to a seamstress to fix the sleeves.

Great jacket. Cuts the wind on a chilly day. The removable sleeves are easy to work.

Diese Morphis Shell ist jetzt meine zweite. Ich habe noch eine aus dem Jahre `08, die immer noch gut funktioniert und von meiner Frau annektiert wurde.Die neue, ist jetzt am Körper und Ärmeln jetzt endlich etwas Länger geschnitten, das waren immer für mich die einzigen Kritikpunkte.bei der alten Jacke.Bei 1,90cm und Albatross Armen, muss ich leider in den meisten fällen, immer XXL nehmen damit sie in der Länge hinkommen.Die Wasserdichtigkeit ist wie immer absolute Top durch die 2,5 Lagen schicht. Relativ leicht gut zu Verstauen und trotzdem relativ weich das Material.Kann ich jedem Biker und ganz Jahres Radler empfehlen !Das Geniale, ist wie immer Jacke zu Weste und umgekehrt. Mann muss sich nicht jedes mal die Jacke erst ausziehen.Einfach ab oder ran mit dem Bolero Teil . Alles Klickt von selbst ein, durch die starken Neodym Magneten.Gut Belüftet durch Zahlreiche Luftklappen.Mann braucht kein GORETex oder andere Materialien, schwitzen tut man in allen.Happy trails !

Die Jacke ist sehr leicht und der Stoff ist trotz absoluter Wasserdichtigkeit angenehm weich. Sehr gut gefält mir, daß die Jacke ohne Druckknöpfe und Reisverschlüsse in eine Weste verwandelt wird. Das funktioniert hier mit Magneten. Als Weste gefält besoders, daß der obere Teil des Rückens aus einem Mashnetz besteht und somit für gute Belüftung gesorgt ist.

しっかりした生地、身体にフィットするシルエット、しかも軽くて袖の着脱ができるので、冬を越しても使えそうです。ジッパーが右側に付いていて、普段着るジャージやジャケットと逆だったので少し戸惑いましたが、海外製品だと当たり前みたいですね。なんにせよ、とっても満足しています。

思いのほか早く商品が届いたので良かった。ただ、もう少し保温性が高いと良かった。
