I gave this three stars, those I have other DVD from weight watchers and they are very good, reason for the 3 stars is that I spent over 15 minuets trying to inflate the ball then the pump broke Called Amazon and no outcome, this is why I like shopping at a actual store, i know have to go buy a pump to use the ball.
