How many come in the package? set of 2? set of 4?

Set of two. You need to buy two sets for both sides of the car.

Is there a choice of colors?

As Henry Ford said, it comes In any color so long as it’s black.. 😉

Would this fit a Subaru Crosstrek?

Seeing as it is universal, can be lengthened and shortened, and it is magnetic, it will work with any normal metallic surface aside from aluminum. If you can’t get it to work on your Surbaru Crosstrek I’m at a loss for words.
