how strong is the scent?

I love this product and highly recommend it! The scent is definitely noticeable when you first apply but it dissipates pretty quickly. After a few minutes it fades.

Is this product applied on wet or dry hair?

I use it both ways. I use very little to just add shine. I don’t want my hair looking greasy or weighed down. I love the product and the scent.
