I don't know if it's my new phone or this adapter but I am getting the best sound that I have ever had from a phone. I was so impressed with it that I bought this second one. Both my sennheiser in ears and HD 600 sound great. Build quality of the adapter is very good. The green LED gives you confidence that everything's is working fine. It can be bright at night, but I just plug it in facing away if using the phone. I will be trying out a more costly dac/amp shortly to see if I can get a better sound but I doubt that it will be 20 times better. The new DAC/amp is a little better but causes my phone to freeze so will keep it for use with the tablet. Update on adaptors. Unfortunately, the first one stopped working after 1 year and now the second is going faulty after 14 months use. I have a 3rd which is only 4 months old and still working. I think I will now try another make to see if reliability is better. Just hope it will sound as good.

I needed a type C to 3.5mm jack cable to connect my phone to my car's audio system. This does the job perfectly. It seems really good quality and I've certainly got no issues with appearance, sound quality or build quality of the cable. As with so many things, time will tell if this has a decent usable life, but so far I am very happy with this. I can't offer anything more technically competent to say other than that I'm afraid!

I got this so I wouldn't have to get bluetooth earphones with my wireless phone, and for that reason this is excellent value for money. I've been using this for about 6 months now. The sound quality is great, cannot complain about that at all. Occasionally if playback is paused for some time it will start making a static noise in which case I just remove my earphones until I need to use them again. Bear with it the first week - I had some minor issues plus some overheating but it resolved itself. Around 4 months in it started becoming faulty and sometimes the phone would think it was no longer connected and pause playback until you fiddled with the cable to fix it. This still happens now, and more often than it used to. However they have a lifetime guarantee so you can get replacements. Even when that wasn't directly an option, as was in my case, the customer service worked with me to find a solution that worked for me.

Prior to purchasing this headphone adapter I was using a OnePlus USB-C adapter with my OnePlus 7 and KZ ZST earphones. The OnePlus adapter does not have a digital analogue converter (DAC), so I was relying on the phones DAC, which to my ear did a reasonable job with my Amazon Music HD subscription. What I did notice was the sound was a little too 'digital' and over processed especially with HD streams compared with ULTRA HD ones. I could quite easily tell between the two and identify them, through listening alone. I was looking at more expensive DACs but couldn't really justify spending a load of money on improving what was already pretty good sounding music. Then I came across USB-C adapters like this one with built in DACs. With this one being under a tenner and having 5 star reviews I thought I'd give it a go. I only half expected to notice any difference in sound quality. So when I plugged this in and fired up some tracks I was pleasantly surprised to hear a difference. It's not night and day but it is noticeable. The biggest difference is an improvement in sound quality of the 16 bit HD tracks. Ultra HD (24 bit), isn't that different but there is an improvement in tone. Mids are definitely more pronounced than before, which is a welcome improvement making a warmer more balanced sound. I have found highs less pearcing, which reduces my listening fatigue. The biggest improvement is definitely to 16 bit (HD) music compared to my phone's DAC and surprisingly so. I think I would now struggle to tell the difference in bit rates because of the improved fidelity overall. It isn't a major improvement, but noticeable, so I would recommend buying one. Unfortunately build quality could be better. It's not bad, it clips into my phone's usb-c port reassuringly. But sits at an angle and the led cover isn't completely flush. However these are only small niggles and it appears to be reasonably robust. Overall you certainly get bang for your buck and if you have a decent set of headphones you can get a noticeable improvement in sound for not much money.

I bought one from another site, cheaper ones, too flimsy and stopped working in couple of days and had to throw out. I am so happy with this one, started working out of the box. I am using on Pixel 2 XL and works perfect. When in connection, it shows the bright green light, which I don't like at the night but looks cool in the car. The physical quality is good, worth the price paid.

There are so many dongles like this it's hard to choose, but I can say that this one has good sound quality: deep firm bass, clear midrange and sparkly highs. General clarity and realism good, not the last word in smoothness and texture but for price excellent, in fact as good as a Fiio DAC I paid £50 for. Cable seems a bit thin and weak - we'll see...

Product itself is high qaulity, the material, size and compatibility are great. Delivery times and product cost cannot be faulted. I found an issue with trying to use headphones with this product, there seems to be no sound from one earphone. I confirmed that the earphones work through a standard aux, but defective with the adapter unfortunately.

Le produit fonctionne très bien, un voyant vert permet de voir quand il est branché. Je l'ai essayé avec plusieurs casque, le son est très bon et le micro également en call. Les fonctionnalités de télécommande de mon casque fonctionne sans problème également. Un sans faute !

Buon adattatore audio da USB C per chi non ha l'uscita jack sul proprio telefono, per esempio io lo uso sul mio Mi 9. I materiali sembrano molto buoni e durevoli. In precedenza avevo usato e trasportato l'adattatore originale della Xiaomi ma si è crepato e rotto. Non penso succeda la stessa cosa con questo. Prezzo un po' altino ma se si vuole avere un cavo di qualità è accettabile. Molto bella la lucetta verde che si accende all'inserimento della USB (non rileva dunque l'inserimento o meno delle cuffie). Dall'altra parte c'è il logo della Stouchi, che non è nemmeno malaccio. Acquisto consigliato!

Lo compré para oír música en mi galaxy note 10 lo peor de este móvil es que le han quitado la entrada de auriculares y los que venían con el teléfono los perdí, suelo usar unos Bluetooth pero llevo unos con cable por si me quedo sin batería en ellos y no encontré mejor solución. Funciona perfectamente, sonido perfecto, buena potencia.. Todo bien, y por el precio que tiene, no creo que haya mejor opción. Lo compraría de nuevo sin ninguna duda.

I ordered this after trying a cheaper one and I really wish I had ordered this one first. I'm very happy with the sound quality, and it feels snug and secure in my phone and whatever AUX cord I use. For the price it's definitely worth getting! Don't cheap out because you'll just come back again and again. I am very happy I found this bad boy Shipping was fast and the product was nicely packaged!

Lo compré para usarlo en un PC portátil, ya que este quedó con un trozo del jack de auriculares dentro del conector, lo que deja la tarjeta de sonido anulada... Y va perfecto, emula perfectamente una tarjeta externa y la calidad del audio da la talla de sobra.
