A: No, they are not stretchy. They are cut to fit. They are low cut with thick material so I would not consider them soft. However, they look great on me because I am slim without hips and they give me a cute figure. Haha

A: okay I'm reading from my label and it says it says where is it it was 73% cotton it's 25% polyester and it's 2% elastine. I love these jeans they fit me perfectly they're awesome they're low rise and they have long legs and that's me I have very little hips and really long legs they fit me great and I love them and I've had like this is like my third or fourth pair but I have two now and I just love them.
