Won’t go without them!
Absolutely love these insoles! I have plantar fasciitis and a bone spur on my heel. They help support my arches and cushion the heel. I usually put them in on top of the original insoles but I have a few shoes that I only use these. Works great either way.

Just the right amount of arch support and "give" due to the gel. Very comfortable! I used them for my winter boots, although very comfortable, they didn't have much support. I am size 6 - 6.5 BUT cut the inserts to size 8 for these winter boots and they fit fabulous!!! Do not cut too short! I have been dealing with plantar for a year, and have it 99% under control. These inserts are the last piece of a puzzle. Almost completely pain free now.

good product, not for smaller feet
I've had these before, its a good product and helped with the pain. I was buying another pair because I lost my other ones, but I didnt realize there were actually different sizes. Even though the description says for sizes 5-11, if your feet are on the smaller side, its better to go straight to the sof sole website and buy the 3/4 length ones (Amazon doesn't sell them). I'm a 6 1/2 but these were way too big to fit in my shoes.
