yes. treat it like you would a regular lipo.

What is the charge rating of these batteries? Can I charge at 3/4.5A safely?

ive always been told to never charge over 1C which, for these batteries, being 1500 mAh, that would be no more than 1.5 amps. People do charge batteries at 2C for faster charging, and that would be 3 Amps, but when u charge like this or higher, it really shortens the life of the batteries substantially and the risk for something happening while charging like a fire increase.
