The boys in our football team hate it when these come out in fitness training!! Coloured cards makes it easy to concentrate on certain muscle groups. Good bit of kit.

Cards could be bigger for people with sight problems
The instructions on the cards are good and having a QR Code to scan is great . However in the moment of exercising to read and understand the instructions quickly, it would be handy if they were at least twice the size. (A4 would be ideal).

I have hated lock down. Most notably the loss of access to the gym. These have helped me make up for it, to some degree.

Best buy I’ve made this lockdown!
I bought these recently and I have to say they’re the best purchase I’ve made over lock down. I did a video workout with family using these and they’re brilliant. From packaging to use I am thoroughly impressed. I bought a few variants, including the yoga and resistance band sets. I’m so pleased with this purchase. 100% get these if you like to challenge yourself!

Exactly what I needed, now I no longer need to rely on long YouTube videos to do exercises and yoga (dealing with ads and paid sponsors). Having the option to double check the exercise/yoga position through a short and specific video ( QR code on card) is very useful too. The cards are of good quality. This is a comment from a human btw haha!

Heading to NZ for 14-days quarantine. Wanted something that was easy but challenging and could be done in a small hotel room. Mission accomplished.

Fantastic value
Being someone who has a chaotic schedule and not much experience with actually working out, these cards provide me the ability to create a quick calisthenic workout that works my full body. Some of the workouts are VERY advanced, such as a few of the power pushups, but it’s fair. The cards feel very high quality and do not easily fold. The lack of back workouts (there are a few) is slightly disappointing but understandable given it’s a body weight workout and there’s probably not many options for back workouts.

Love the pictures and information. The packaging is awesome. Clean and simple with magnetic lock. Very thorough. All are different and allows you to move from beginner to advance. I do enjoy these cards, it drives you and some friends to do more and improve faster due the options. Super fun! There are times where you don't really want to go through your phone to find the type of exercises you want to do since it waste a bit of your time scrolling etc. These cards allows you to pick out multiple exercises to target your needs. Easy peezy. Will buy the rest of the other stacks. Highly recommend.
