Ok i saw this on doctor oz, he said it was good for mens health and heart. Research and talk to doctor be for taking anything. Well, it's bit earlier to say something about the results, as I'm still on it, and it's just about 2 weeks now, but I can see some changes, less fatigue during exercise.
