What a surprise! I really enjoyed making cookies for two days using my new rolling pin! The cookies were easy to make using this rolling Pin. It is stainless steel and weighted for easy use. The size was perfect for the silicon sheet provided Four different sized silicon circles are provided for different sized cookies and make it very easy to roll out your dough. All of this for a reasonable price. This was a great purchase!

I love this for cookies and cakepops. Although I wish it came with 1/2 I had to buy universal sizes. Very easy to clean and seems to be holding up well.

Super easy to adjust the thickness for the rolling pin. Its sizes are color coded. I bake a lot and this mat makes measuring out pie crusts super easy! Its easy to clean. The material is great. The pie dough does stick to the mat a bit if you dont flour it enough. Its folds up nicely. The size is fantastic.

I love using this to make my cookies, especially gingerbread cookies. Has a good selection of different sizes you can use, made of stainless steel so it’s very sturdy. I recommend handwashing only. Easy to assemble as you just pick the size you want and screw it together. I also like that it came with its only little baking mat for sizing cookies and breads.

I've been baking for a while, and have never given a metal rolling pin a thought. I usually use my french rolling pin for whatever dough i happen to need it for, or my old standard wood rolling pin with handles. I saw this deal one day for the rolling pin and the pastry mat and decided to give it a try. Now that i have it, and used it several times for pie and cookie dough, i'll never use my others again. Everything i roll with this rolling pin comes out perfect. The thickness rings make rolling out dough a breeze, especially when you need the thickness of the dough to be consistent throughout. This is something i could achieve with a lot of work with my old rolling pin, and near to impossible with the french pin. I've made several batches of chocolate covered butter cookies (i can't ever make enough of them. either family members take them on sight, or when friends stop by they steal them and take them home). Everybody has told me how they are even better than before for some reason. I know the reason is the dough is a perfect thickness before i bake them, so they bake evenly. And getting them to a perfect thickness couldn't be easier. Also, the pastry mat that came with the pin is a real plus. I've seen them on Amazon before, but never really thought they were necessary. Now that I've used it, I see why bakers like them so much. With a little flour, nothing sticks. When you lay the mat on the countertop, it virtually sticks to it, never budging an inch. And clean up is easy. Everything wipes right off. When done, i simply roll it up and stash it away till next time. For $20 bucks and change, this was definitely a bargain.

It is great. After I tried it, I gave one to my granddaughter. When the recipe indicates a thickness for the dough, I now can get it correct! It is easy to change the size and keep all the parts together for storage. It will probably even last longer than my wooden rolling pin that cracked!

I used this to roll out my dough to make croissants, it has made life much easier in ensuring even thickness when laminating the dough.

Well made and easy to adjust rolling height. I have not had any issues with dough sticking to the roller. I love using this for sugar cookies as I get an even thickness on all my cookies. This results in consistent baking on every cookie compared to when I’d have some cookies thinner or thicker from others. I haven’t used it on pie crust yet but anticipate the same great results.

It’s my first time shopping for a roller since I recently got into making dough and this product here satisfied all the requirements I needed. The placemat is a godsend as I don’t have a proper surface to place dough on. The measurements on the placemat is also handy. One thing I did dislike and this is a personal preference, is cleaning the placemat. It’s rather large and hard to clean unless wiping it down but even that is difficult when working with dough that sticks on it. Nonetheless maybe I’m not doing it right but the placemat is good. Regarding the rolling pin, it stainless steel which makes it easy to clean and can be put in the dishwasher. The measurement rings are handy and easy to clean as well! I honestly don’t think there isn’t anything I dislike about the pin. Overall I do recommend this product as it provides a lot at a decent price.
