I have the UA65F9000ARXZN which I purchased here in the U.A.E. I still went ahead and purchased the SEK-2500U/ZA from amazon and it worked like a charm. No issues none so ever. I believe these kits are region free.

I just bought a un55hu9000fxza, it have one connect included what is the difference between the two? Do i need the evolution kit?

One has HDMI 1.4 limited @30hz and the evolution kit has HDMI 2.0 4k @60hz and gives you Netflix 4k shows and movies , and M-Go in 4k as well, , you can keep the original one connect , or upgrade it to the 2014 evolution kit, I did. Hope this helps you
