The Computer had mutable problem
The Computer had mutable problem: 1) Laptop constantly freezes up 2) Receiving messages " Copy of Windows is not genuine" 3) Receiving message "Power adopter not compatible" Returned Laptop to Amazon for Refund

Worth it
Arrived on time. Battery life drains a little faster than normal. For the price can't really complain definitely happy with my purchase

"Refurbished" apparently does not mean functional.
This showed no visible defects and seemed to work well as soon as I set it up. However I began to notice delays the 2nd day I had it running. I soon realized that the battery was depleted when it arrived, and would not charge. Pages were already slow to open within the first hours I had it, which surprised me so soon after purchase. I disconnected the power cord at the back as a test, and the pc never even started to light up at all. The little battery icon at the top left of the keyboard simply flashes as if it is charging, but it is not. Dell Latitude E4310 13.3 Inch Business Laptop with Intel Core i5 2.4 GHz,4 GB DDR3,160 GB HDD,Windows 7 Professional (Certified Refurbished) I finally had to acknowledge that the implied promise of "refurbished" does not include the ability to power on. I think most buyers would expect a refurbished computer to include access to power. How can that not be considered as "refurbished" condition? Major FAIL!!!.

Refurnished excellent doesn’t mean it works
No instructions included, which made it difficult to even get started. Took four reboots to get it to find the WiFi. Then after six more attempts, fails to load . It just shows arrow and reboots without letting me remove personal information. Refurbished 2018 Dell Latitude E4310 13.3 Inch Laptop Computer. Caution! Amazon lumps together similar items in the review. If the exact model is not listed in the review, the reviews may not be for the particular item you want. If the search function doesn’t find what you request, Amazon will still present a few pages of junk you don’t want instead of honestly saying they don’t have that.

Great Deal!
Came a day early, very well packaged. Laptop looks like new, fired right up with Windows 7 Professional. It was a fresh install so there is no doubt who the computer belongs to. This will be a bonus gift to my great grandson who is in the process of setting up his new business. I'm sure he'll be thrilled not to have to share a computer with his wife!

Don’t do it....
It cannot hold an internet connection. I can have two devices running on WiFi at the same time and this laptop will drop the connection 10 times in 45 minutes, making me lose work and have to close everything down and start over. The mouse pointer also gets “stuck” and will just head towards the corner of the screen regardless of my actions....
