Amazon Basics 29-Piece Precision Hobby Knife Set with Razor-Sharp Blades, Modeling Tools, Anti-Slip Rubber Grip, Black, Silver, Red

Surprised at quality. Pretty good for the price. It comes with a sharpening stone which extends life of blade. Just remember to not sharpen in circular motion but rather at an angle with blade. Lots of blades will last awhile. Cuts through 2oz leather easily

At the time that I purchased this kit, it was $10 which I think is a great value. I did not realize it until opening it up for the first time, but this set includes a small sharpening stone for the blades which I personally have never seen before in a hobby knife set. Really pleasantly surprised with the whole kit.

I used to have Xacto blades when I was in high school in graphics art class to make our custom t shirts. We used them to cut out the design on the film. I always found them useful for many things at home, but I ended up losing them and would tell myself over the years how I really needed to get a new one. Well, I did some shopping and decided on this kit. WOW. This kit has everything you need. First, it’s VERY sturdy and easy to use. The blade stays firmly in place. There’s no wiggling or loose blades when using this. The kit comes with blades for every situation. It also has a blade sharpener. I’ve been using them for some crafts recently but I also use them around the house for various reasons. The case that it comes in is also very nice in keeping everything together with a sliding latch to keep it sealed This kit is soo well priced and the quality is sooo great that it’d be silly not to grab it. I’ve been a bit on the fence when trying out certain Amazon Basics products, but I’ve got a bunch of different Amazon Basic items now and they never let me down. From Surge Protectors to Xacto blades, they got it all and they’re a bargain without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend this set. You won’t regret it.

Overall, good knives for crafting. You may have seen people say that some of their knives shattered or snapped, and yes, this does happen. I've had 2+ snap mid-cut, which is obviously dangerous, but I was able to use the whole pack for a while without too much difficulty. There's a good variety and even a whetstone for sharpening, along with a couple other little additions.

Nice tool, good quality

Happy with purchase. Works as it should.

I do a fair amount of murals with spray paint art and these come in handy to cut my necessary outlines, etc.

Great item for the price I paid
