got this to do my mom's toes, she has had double hip replacement and can't bend over to do them, so I do them for her. This helps makes it easier to keep them trimmed and filed.

I don’t do anything fancy with my nails besides soak off gel polish and the occasional dip powder repair (Karlash Nail Repair Kit for Broken Cracked Split Nails on amazon is amazing!!) when they crack. This tool works wonderfully for my needs. Great for fingernails, toenails, and fast shaping of bumpy nail repairs. Beware.. it’s got power. I was trying to smooth out a bumpy repair and it didn’t take long to hurt so be careful until you know it’s ability. I love that I can plug it in to use versus having to charge it and I also love the size.. it fits nicely in my hand much like an oversized pen! This makes it much easier to control! I’m still figuring it out but so far I’m super happy with my purchase!

I purchased this product for my at home manicures. As a mother of 3 daughters, going to the nail salon adds up so this more than paid for itself after the first use. I ordered this e-file in February but by March (a few days before the end of the 30 day warranty through Amazon) the e-file stopped working and started to over heat. I don’t use this e-file on a high speed, as a beginner, I don’t feel comfortable going any higher than one small turn on the dial. Not to mention, the main purpose of this drill is just to remove the top coat of gel polish on a natural nail. Which wouldn’t need a high speed. However, After allowing it time to “cool off” once it shut off, it wouldn’t turn back on. When this e-file worked, it was exactly what I wanted in an e-file. It worked really great and was perfect for a beginner like myself. I reached out to the seller and explained what happens and without asking for anything more in return, offered to send me a replacement! This in my opinion was the epitome of a 5 star customer service company. They also told me if I have any more issues in the future to reach out to them for further assistance. I also signed up for the extended 6 month warranty through their website. This information can be found in the instructional book included. To add to this amazing customer service, the replacement product arrived in 2 short days after contacting them.

For the price this drill was a steal. Super easy to use and tons of attachments came with it!

Just buy it. Theres lots of mixed reviews here saying it’s dangerous because it gets hot but in the manual it puts out a cautionary note saying if it gets hot to not use it until it cools down. I have yet to come across that and i use it for about an hour total every time I do nails. I could see it happening if you have it on for long periods of times but why would you even have it on for more than 20 minutes at a time? This is a beginner friendly drill, so do not expect it to be the most powerful. It sands my nail extensions, drills off gel color and thats about all I've done with it. Helps with cuticles and comes with a lot of sanding bands. You can choose the drill to move right or left and are able to choose drill intensity.

I have only had this for about a week now and all was going extremely well. It’s a great drill especially for my first time and for such an inexpensive buy. However, after 2/3 days of use, it randomly stopped as I was finishing a gel set. I’m not sure if the bit hit something the wrong way and it messed up the drill or if it was overworked. I decided to give it a break and tried again 2 more days after that with no luck. I’ve contacted support and awaiting their response. As I said, great drill, comes with great bits, easy to maneuver and very light! Hopefully I’m able to receive a replacement that will last longer until I can practice enough to manage a higher end drill.
