Very disappointed, the box the tap arrived in has been opened before, the packing has been damaged. The product looks ok. But why had it been sent back? It won’t be installed before the maximum return date, so if it’s faulty it will be too late to send back. It’s a lot of money to receive an item that may be defective!

Thee installation is a little different because you have to have the underfloor mounting plate but the final product is sturdy , looks fantastic, and has plenty of water pressure. I could not be more pleased with the Kohler quaility. This is a heavy faucet and I am very happy with I.
