L’Oréal Paris Age Perfect Lash Magnifying Mascara, Black, 0.28 Ounces

Like, if I'm just going out on an average day this is the mascara I'd reach for. But let's say I want to look my absolute best cause I'm meeting Matthew McConaughey for drinks and there's a remote possibility he'll fall hopelessly in love with me, leave his wife, move in with me and as a result the paparazzi are now a part of my daily life......I'd STILL reach for this mascara. So yeah, I'm kinda in love with this. For a bunch of reasons. The brush. It is softer, gentler, kinder....I don't know what you want to call it, but it's better. It sweeps through the lashes and "hugs" them better than anything I've ever used. I seriously didn't think it would make a difference when I saw that the brush was part of the Age Perfect thing they were touting with this mascara.....but, yep. Completely does. And it gets EVERY damn lash. I had no idea I had so many individual lashes. But it defines them ALL. And when I apply a second coat, it doesn't clump them all together and then I lose the definition. I can also apply this on my uncurled lashes and kind of slowly apply it/shape the lash at the same time and it gives me enough of a curl that I'm fine skipping that step most days. It also wipes away easily if you get it on the skin below or above your eyes (if you've got older eyes you know what I'm talking about). Just let it dry completely and gently wipe away with your fingertip. No flaking, no smudging, and it's got staying power. Seriously, this stuff really is AGE PERFECT. **EDIT** to add that I have now purchased this in the Dark Brown color, as well. I've felt like recently, black mascara seems to look a little harsh next to my very pale skin, so I decided to try the brown. The color is not noticeably different, at least to me. But it is different enough to give it a "softer" appearance and I feel it makes my eyes look younger, as a result. The first time I used it my youngest daughter (17) asked what I'd done differently to my eyes because they looked really good. After making her guess for a few minutes, I told her I changed the color of my mascara and she didn't believe that THAT was the ONLY thing I'd done differently. Ordering more NOW. It's what I do. When I find something that works and I fall in love with it, I MUST automatically hoard it!!!

This mascara is simply amazing! Recently being diagnosed with blepharitis (eyelid inflammation) I needed to convert all my eye makeup to hypoallergenic products. I was elated the first time I used this product. It truly does not clump and you can immediately apply a second coat and the lashes still stay separated. The lashes are amazingly long and lush and stay that way all day and the mascara does not flake and my eyelids remain “happy”. However, this product is surprisingly easy to remove thus non-irritating for my eyes. I recommend this for anyone with, or without, eyelid issues.

This mascara is prone to clumping. Each time I use, need to let t dry and then use an eyelash comb to separate the clumped lashes.. wish it went on smoother.

I love and purchase all age perfect products lipstick, mascara, foundation , serum, eyeliner etc…will continue to purchase however no longer available at local stores. My skin feels and looks natural all day with no touch up thank you!

I pre-ordered this before Amazon even had it available, and waited for it because it sounded like the perfect mascara for me. It arrived, and it was worth the money and the wait. I loved it...for about 4 weeks. At around 5 weeks of use, it was drying out, and full of clumps. As of today, 6 weeks of use, it is unusable and I had to go buy mascara last night just to get through today. You sold me old, dried out stock that was trash in 5 weeks instead of the 12-16 weeks that any decent mascara would last. Not happy. Giving 3 stars (benefit of the doubt that the product is good when fresh). Like I said, amazing for a month.

Finally! A mascara that looks good, goes on easy, stays on all day, and is easy to remove with soap and water without taking natural lashes with it!! I love it!! Thank you, L'Oreal for a truly wonderful product! Please keep making this mascara !!!!!!! It's Age "Perfect!" I know it's been around for awhile, but I just now discovered it!

I don't know why people are calling this a tubing mascara. It seems like they were using a different product. This is the only mascara that really makes my eyelashes feel healthy. The wand is perfection. I don't understand why it's been discontinued or what the replacement is supposed to be... If anyone knows a good dupe (i.e., lash serum/mascara combo), please advise!! My lashes are lost without it :(

Very easy to apply. Very little real volume. Did not flake off into my eyes after wearing for 12 hours. I rode horses in a dusty arena and my eyes still didn't bother me from the mascara. Usually, it's running down my face from my eyes watering. I'm use to wearing mascara that makes my lashes look longer so this was different for me. I liked it. They were not as natural as I would have liked. I did not use an eye lash curler. The fact my eyes didn't bother me is a plus. I did not wear my contacts with this mascara yet. When I do if there is any difference I will update. I am very impressed at how easy it comes off. No raccoon eyes. I don't rub my eyes. I blot them with a washcloth. This mascara does not turn my washcloths black. After I removed my mascara I rinsed the washcloth and most of the black was gone. I recommend you definitely try this if you have problems with your eyes. It also doesn't have a bunch of major bad chemicals in it. I will continue wearing this. I'm trying different brands and this is definitely a keeper. I attached a picture of the washcloth after I took the mascara off and then again after I rinsed it out. It all came right out just rinsing with water. No signs at all after washing in washer. Easy to remove from my eyes, easy to remove from my wash cloths. I
