Perfect size. Very soft and like the colors. Didn’t have an order and not only does it help with stress but was effective for massaging my hand and stretching my hands.

My friend Nayely said she would throw these at people when she got stressed out ! They are firm enough . LOL ! Some people are so stressed they need something that can take an extreme squeezing . These are heavy duty and will take on the strongest grips out there . I destroyed a squeeze toy once because I had so much angst and stress . These candescent stress balls are great for someone with extreme stress . Get this for your woman . Its a tough world out there for her . She will appreciate it . Good stress relief !

These are well made stress ball's. They are fun to use. It’s effective in the sense it helps calm me due to texture and focus of the we squeeze. Its size is fine for a woman or teen but probably perfect size for a man. I find myself wanting it to be slightly smaller.
