I bought it for my occasional constipation since it is much gentle for my stomach ! I tried it , it does make me go to bathroom much easier the next day ! But I feel like my body gets used to it! It works , but sometimes it doesnot work ! I will still keep it in the house when needed !

These work best for me
I've tried all of the well-known brands of laxatives and found them to be either less than effective or harsh. These aren't. No cramping or discomfort. I take 1 at night and 1 in the morning and I go, smoothly and easily. No urgency where I have to run to the bathroom. You might only need 1 per day. Experiment with dosages and time of day to find a schedule that works for you. It's healthy to go daily. If you don't, these might be for you. Recommend 100%.
