I haven't dropped my phone (knock on wood), but I think it would be reasonably protected from the average accidental drop, and it certainly stays protected against everyday scratches from being thrown in a purse, etc. The case is a cool design and I like the colors (though a black trim instead of grey might be cooler - hint hint :) ).Holster: Pretty nice. I like that it swivels because with as large of a phone the LG G4 is, I definitely prefer wearing it sideways with the clasp/unclasp facing upwards. I think it's good that there's an option to swivel in any 90 degree orientation depending on the preference of the user. It also really helps keep the screen protected when the phone isn't in use. I feel pretty confident especially with the holster you wouldn't have to worry about breaking any part of the phone with the average drop, unless you had a very unfortunate pinpoint impact to the camera (highly unlikely scenario).Charge/headphones jack ports: They are easy to open. I noticed at first after charging my phone, the charging opening doesn't quite close all the way, but this is temporary and once the material gets used to not being stretched. This was one of my biggest complaints about the Otterbox model for iPhone 5 that I have for my work phone. (The charge port NEVER closes properly on the Otterbox, and my second Otterbox case has a crack in the plastic just above the charger port, in the same exact location.) Personally I think the Supcase is much better quality in this area than Otterbox.Screen protector: This is the only area I would slightly downgrade, and my complaint is pretty minor. The positive: The screen is attached to the front part of the phone so it is well protect against small amounts of liquid and dust/debris. (I would consider relatively water resistant, but don't think it would survive water immersion and personally wouldn't want to chance with a heavy rain - and am personally of the opinion that even "waterproof" phones cannot be fully guaranteed as such.) The negative: I put on the case on twice and kept getting bubbles on the screen, at least initially. I am not sure if I was just not putting it on correctly. Fortunately, this does not seem to impact touch screen sensitivity significantly (only very slightly less sensitive than having no screen protection), so it seems to be primarily an aesthetic impact. Over the course of having it on for about a month, the bubbles seem to have gone away entirely.Price: VERY reasonable price given the quality of the case. In fact, much cheaper than most Otterbox models and, in my opinion, better quality.Overall rating: I would give this 4.75 stars if I could. I love the features of this phone case and awesome quality of materials. The screen bubbles can be a little off putting at first, but like I said, this primarily affected the "look" of the phone and not the functioning. I started looking for a case after I actually dropped my first brand new LG G4 phone my husband bought me for my birthday and shattered the screen, thankfully the phone insurance replaced it but obviously I didn't want to go through that again. So I began my search and I've had this case for about 2 or 3 months now and have actually dropped my phone 2 more times and this case has protected my phone completely and there has not been even a hint of damage or scratch. Everything still works perfectly with the case on and I don't feel like it hinders any use of the phone at all. I saw on some reviews that people complain of the charging plug not going back in right away after you charge it but I haven't been bothered by this at all. It may take just a little time but it does close back all the way and it's not a big issue at all. The clip is incredibly handy as well and works great. I love the bright pink color!! I would order again and recommend to anyone! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Floppy USB/power port plugs-covers --> Not as good as same case for LG G3 *by D***A on Reviewed in the United States on March 7, 2016* I really liked the previous case I got from this brand for my LG G3. This case has one major flaw that the previous case does not related to the power and 3mm audio jack. The power and audio jack covers/plugs do not stay closed when pressed into place. The case for the previous model stayed put 100% and in fact was a bit difficult to open up. I would rather be able to constantly close/open the covers than to constantly have them flipping open when I don't want them to flip open.
