Helped get my abs back into shape

Great addition to my home work our set up, think I’ll be using this a lot!! . I was looking for something versatile that could be used on both hard flooring and carpet as I can’t always use the same location and these are perfect for this. They are made of quality materials and are very easy to store & clean. They come with a carry bag to store them in and are a good price too! arrived promptly wit no damages to the box or item!

I bought some other gliding discs a few months ago. It was tricky to get used to them as I was not that fit at the time. The discs tend to come off the feet if you do not have strong core muscles to maintain a good balance. But these discs with straps solve it perfectly! The straps can be wrapped around your shoes and my partner find it very easy to move around, better focusing on the movement. As I am more experienced, no need for the straps, but for a beginner, I would strongly recommend it! Really good design that the straps can be removed as well, making it into a normal one. However, it is a tricky to assemble the straps and I would recommend making a video for it. Apart from that, fantastic job on the overall design and quality.

Good points: - Arrived very quickly - Seem quite sturdy - The soft side is non slip and hands/feet stay on Bad points: - Don't slide well, you have to put effort into moving them, so it doesn't trigger the stabilising muscles as much as I'd like. - The straps are sharp and too rough on skin, I imagine might damage some softer fabrics, too. - It has the exercises printed only on one if the discs. I got this version not because I needed the exercises, but because it looked nicer... And I want both my sliders to look the same. Doesn't feel like a pair now.

Arrived very quickly and in a bag with the straps. I have been using them without the straps so can’t comment on the use of those but I am finding the plates easy enough to use. It’s nice to have the exercise ideas printed, though bear in mind that with use print will naturally wear off (you can always take a picture to refer back to). I am using mine on carpet, there is some resistance to sliding them, more so when a lot of pressure put in the plates but I find this helpful as it’s more controlled and gives a better workout for me. Very happy with these plates and would buy again.

My eldest and I are both into fitness and like to try different routines to be fit. Package Content: 1x Core Discs 4x Velcro Straps The core workout discs you get needs to be fitted with the velcro straps. The excercise routines are all printed on the disc, but I am guessing these will wear out in the future of course depending on how much you use it. We have tried few of them in the past few weeks and trust me some are really really very hard and makes you think am i really fit to do these excercise and tests your endurance to the limit. If you are doing leg excercise it is best to wear shoes so you have a proper grip on your feet and you are good to go. The hand excercise are bit tricky just a matter of getting used to it. We enjoy working out together, great work out equipment during lockdown and of course easy to carry if you are travelling and don't want to miss your workout.

Love the item. These certainly work BUT, the toxic smell hit, as soon as, I opened the packet and within a few hours my lounge was filled with the smell so had to open the windows. Next day, the smell greeted us, as soon as I removed them from the pouch. I cured the smell with two rounds of febreze and let it dry then added Chanel No.5 (lol). So, whatever bonds the two surfaces together did slightly defeat even febreze becausewhile toxicity dulled it still smelled awful. Chanel No5 was the first perfume to hand and now there is no toxic type smell. The printed exercises on the disc were not perfect to begin withbut you find your way. I love doing Hill Climbs and Burpees are so much more enjoyable to do! I have used thes on noth carpet and wooden floors. Both work well for us so far.

This product is best purchase ever. So many different ways to use this product. You really can do a workout for whole body. Printed exercises are good yes but you can do so much more. Quality is really good (as I tried few other discs too). Straps are cool addition too but I like to use discs without them so I can strengthen my muscles better. I'm sure I will not use them only at home.

Great workout. You need to be ready to sweat and work! Regarding some reviews by other buyers. No, these are not for babies, they work perfectly (for me). No, it is not misleading. They also have gliders which include drawings of different exercises but these are not those. Need to pay attention before ordering... I am just a customer. Happy one. Product worked for me. Recommended.

L’ho preso per poter seguire alcuni esercizi a casa . Comodo pratico . In dotazione danno anche dei velcri , che vanno sistemati ad arco , che servono per tenerlo più saldo ai piedi; personalmente mi sono trovata meglio senza. Però apprezzo che abbiamo pensato anche ai principianti. Vengono venduti anche con un sacchettino per poterli ritirare dopo l’allenamento . Due lati una morbido ( sembra coperto di un qualche tessuto) l’altro di plastica rigido per adattarli , girandoli, ai diversi pavimenti. La parte di plastica rigida quando viene usata a contatto con il pavimento tende a graffiarsi , ma per me non è un problema visto che comunque sia “fanno il loro lavoro” , non si rompono e il pavimento non subisce danni. Consigliati

Buenos discos deslizante para trabajarlos en Parquet. Si lo trabajas en cualquier otro tipo de suelo se acaban rompiendo.
