This is a MUST HAVE in my house. I give it as gifts to my adult kids with kids, neighbors (especially elderly folks) and colleagues to have on hand. It is safe, effective and easy to use when you have the slightest inkling of some illness is trying to get up on you.

You have to take this as soon as you feel like you're coming down with something, Otherwise , if you're really sick , it won't work. Very good product.

I was starting to feel like I was catching the flu. I took these as directed and I didn’t get sick. They work well!!

A friend recommended this to me. I started taking it when I felt that I was starting to get sick (sore throat, runny nose etc). I woke up the next day much better. I took it for the remaining days specified on the package and never did come down with the cold that was percolating. Same thing occurred with my adult daughter.
