This book has helped me align my prayers when I couldn’t think or put in the right words!

I believe everyone has got the right review when it comes to this book. When you read these prayers, you get released from the bondages of Satan. Your spiritual connection to God will also bring forth spiritual warfare prayers of your own as you read. This is absolutely something that every believer should have in their collection. I have purchased an extra copy for myself. I have also purchased copies for several of my family members and a copy for a very close friend/mentor. I have a boss that has been highly oppressive to me and other persons at the work place. I use to come to work with a heavy heart and a stank attitude because of the negativity. After a week of professing these prayers and returning to work several days ago, I must say I have a song in my heart. I no longer feel the oppression/negativity that I have been feeling over a month now. I notice that next week I have additional hours for work, which is a blessing because he cut my hours the week prior. Instead of secret curses against him, I speak against the demonic spirits of oppression, negativity and confusion working in him that are trying to place me in bondage, and ruin my relationship with God. Oftentimes, we give the devil energy without knowing. That is exactly what I have been doing. But no more. These prayers help you re-route your thinking and put your focus and energy back on God. Seek Him first and everything else will be added on to you. God is the Alpha and Omega. All things came from Him and all things lead back to Him. So anything you do that doesn't lead to Him is fruitless. This book is definitely an open pathway to God. I am also speaking against the forces of darkness that would try to rob me of my finances, career, health, keep me in debt and take away my homes. I know that God is working in high places. Places higher than those of the demonic forces against me. I truly no longer need to worry about any of the aforementioned and I believe these prayers helped me understand just that. Please don't buy a "good luck" charm. I did that and trust me my "luck" did not change. I pretty much wasted my money. Today I spoke abundance and prosperity into my life with the aid of the prayers in this book and I received more tips than I ever received today from customers since I have been working at my current job. Trust me, this works. You will never be the same in Jesus name. P.S. Don't be afraid to speak these prayers over your pets...they are spirits too!!

I have really enjoyed reading this book and reading the prayers from the book. They are very power packed and I will continue to read this book and say it prayers because they do make a difference.

This is definitely a book that should be in every ministry class and in every real Christian‘s home. When you read this, and I read it out loud, read it like you’re announcing it before the Throne of God. You will actually feel the atmosphere changing in your home. The anointing and power that will literally envelop you as you read and pronounce these decrees over life will truly make you feel amazing. One of the most relevant Christian books for every single person on the planet no matter your generation. You will definitely get your freedom for you and your loved ones.

I was recommended this book from my prayer group at church. I listened to the audio version and knew I wanted a hard copy. It is a beautiful book with powerful prayers. Most all prayers are backed up with scripture. It has an abundance of different prayers to pray over yourself, deliverance, protection, etc. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a book to ignite a deeper prayer life.

There are not a lot of testimonies here of how the prayers in the book actually work, so here is mine. For years I experienced a lot of setbacks, depression, and sickness. I also experienced strange dreams, and strong urges in the middle of the night (between 2 and 3 am), a couple of times a week to masturbate even though I did not want to do it. I experienced depression occasionally for months at a time triggered by repeated failed romantic relationships that went on into my 40s no matter what I do to find the right person or do the right thing in relationships with sound advice even. I was repeatedly feeling rejected which I learned open door for me to be attacked by demons, including spirit wives (marine spirits), which I know nothing of until only recently. In the midst of these afflictions, I felt I was called to created comic books, novels, and animation about spiritual warfare and other biblical themes. Little did I know the warfare I would experience in my own life! Around 2016, a seer prophet visited my church and prophesied for the leadership team. He turned to me and said he saw "The enemy has been trying to take you down with your family, and attack you in your mind..." He said some other things that were amazing and encouraging, and details about me and my family that no one knew in the room. He was more accurate than I expected, but I did not fully understand what he meant about being attacked through my family. A few months later while doing research about my family background, I found out that one of my forefathers practiced a form of witchcraft. I realized this is what was causing several people in my family to experience depression and mental breakdowns, including myself. In late 2017 I told my pastor about the concern about my findings, so to help me he emailed a pdf copy of this book Prayers That Rout Demons by John Eckhardt. This began my journey into learning about taking power and authority over the demons that were oppressing me for years. I thought my oppression and attacks was the normal part of a Christian's life, but found it odd and discouraging that I was getting little process in life, constantly defeated and depressed, very few prayers being answered, while most people around me, Christian and non-Christians seemed to be moving forward in life. All while I was alway serving in church, showing honor, respect, and compassion to others, and attempting to create Christian books about spiritual warfare, delayed by more than 10 years. I devoured this book by praying sections every day and every night for specific situations and gradually started to see improvements in my life. I also found the audio versions and YouTube and played along with it or as I went to sleep. I was surprised to see prayers against the sexual sin of masturbation in there on page 96 because I could never get a straight answer from Christians whether it was considered a sin or not. When start praying those prayers every night before going to sleep, the urge to masturbate stopped! I learned about Spirit spouses can also cause this to happen so I also prayed those prayers to rebuke the women trying to sleep with me in my dreams. As I continued praying from this book there are sections for deliverance from depression and oppression with praying in tongues for extended periods of time, and gradually the depression went away. Another thing that began to happen to me because of the prayers in this book that are mostly scriptures put together to form prayers, as I began having dreams that showed me past, present and future events, sometimes in a symbolic way. I would dream of meeting people or situations and I would eventually meet them. Then I would have dreams of rebuking demons, witches, evil people or creatures in the form of dogs and other animals. My spiritual life transformed and I began to feel more energized and confident about my walk with Jesus every day. The enemy still tried to attack me occasionally but I would find the relevant prayers which are mostly lifted from scripture verses, to defeat them and command my situation. I was surprised I never understood the power and authority like this before, even though I was called to create a series of books about spiritual warfare. Finally, I was able to publish my first book in 2019 after much warfare prayers every day and night. There are still some strongholds the enemy is still attempting to latch on to me and keep me from moving forward, but I'm going to keep on fighting until I have victory! I'm tired of the devil beating up me and my family and friends! I've shared this book with several believers I believe God led me to help them fight and bought copies for others as well. I can write more but this review is long enough. So definitely get this book and others by Apostle John Eckhardt. I also have Fasting for Breakthrough and Deliverance, which is a great companion piece because even Jesus Christ said that certain demons and strongholds will not leave unless we pray AND Fast. I was also including prayers from Prayers of War by Ed Cintronelli, which has a different style than John Eckhardt, and some of his prayers may seem strange and revealing, (maybe too revealing), but personally Prayers That Rout Demons is better because he actually sites scriptures next to most of the prayer points, while Cintronelli's book does not in most of them. I hope and pray my testimony will help someone out that and encourage you to get this book to ignite your spiritual life by the power and authority given to you by King Jesus Christ!

A handy slightly larger than pocket size book, that I carry with me in my bag. The Bible verses selected are excellent for memorising and praying. One will need to be use the book, guided by the Holy Spirit.

Clear and easy to understand & follow, very powerful prayers

I bought this book under two weeks ago, I have been saying the prayers every day and honestly in even such a short time can tangibly see the positive effects that have established in my life. I have felt really grateful for the confidence and knowledge it has granted me with regards to spiritual warfare and has been evidently clearing blockages for me. It is incredibly thorough so that you feel that having said all the prayers there are no issues left unaddressed or any doors left open, so that there is no room left for demons to exploit. It is comprehensively authoritative concerning all aspects of life. There is a sound scriptural basis for the prayers which makes them so powerful, with Biblical references throughout. To give a personal testimony, I was diagnosed with Schizophrenia in August. I was told that it was a life-long condition that was incurable. I am a firm believer that Schizophrenia is caused by and concomitant of demonic oppression. I had been healing greatly anyway, but having bought the book on New Year's Eve, on New Year's Day I decided to read all the prayers out loud from cover to cover. There is a whole page dedicated to routing Schizophrenia. When walking later that night I had a wonderful moment of realization. It was in regards to specific factors that had been wreaking havoc in my mind, causing my mind to attack, undermine and confuse itself that had been confounding and afflicting me for years. It revealed itself to me so clearly along with how to so easily set myself free from it. I felt that oppressing and deceiving spirits had lost their hold over me. I can't tell you how grateful I was and still am for this wonderful revelation and how free I have felt and my mind has become as a result, feeling released from a heavy and debilitating bondage. It has brought me so much long awaited peace, clarity and immense relief, I have no doubt that I am truly saying goodbye to that "incurable" illness for good. I look forward to all the other aspects of my life that I am confident will receive liberty, opportunity and success, and for the other people in my life that I am praying for too. There are also many prayers for the wider community, the Church and the nation. I wish you freedom, success and abundance in praying the prayers that rout demons!
