You're not used to this much quality.
1) If you're a bass Uber alles type, not for you. Bass control available through your source, but provides a more balanced tone profile. (This means you can hear all the consonants and words.) 2) Big, clunky, scratches fairly easily. The case or a big sock not a bad idea. 3) Water RESISTANT. Not proof. 4) Big battery, but when they say 17 hours I yell back 12 or 13. Still, no slouch. And 5) clean, audible music- remember when you'd hear the drummer drop a stick? Yeah, this is that, and falling sheet music too. Not a studio monitor, but for Bluetooth? Close enough.

Refurbished? More Like Used and Failing
Great product, but VERY unhappy that my "reurbished" speaker was sent with a failing battery, and no charging cable or instructions. Was only able to use it a few weeks before it wouldn't charge at all...complete waste of money (and yes, I tried every reset, update, and trick I could come up with, and nothing but a battery that wouldn't charge). It also arrived rattling around in a box without any packing material, as though someone stumbled over it at a swap meet, threw it in a box, and sold it on Amazon...VERY upset with this seller!

Great purchase! So happy!!!
I returned my Sonos speakers and purchased this lovely little Gem! What a great deal. It’s a “renewed” product but as far as I can tell so far it’s just perfect! I connected it in 5 seconds to my iPhone and the sound is great! The box was a bit messed up but I throw those out anyway! I would definitely recommend this little powerhouse of a speaker and the carrying handle makes it very convenient!

Great speaker! I had the first series of this speaker for years & loved it. This one is even better! Incredible sound. Very portable. Little bit chunky. But not and! Battery life is amazing! Also gets far louder than I’ve ever needed.

I LOVE my speaker, I take it everywhere I am working on the property. 360 surround sound is lovely. Deep beats Bose is famous for, very much at play with this model. Battery so far, also impressive. Pairing via Bluetooth can be annoying if other devices have connected in the area, but this is simply a result of Bluetooth technology, no fault of the speaker. Very much recommend.
