The outer fabric is made from a soft 98% Cotton/2% Spandex blend which is soft and stretchy. The inside of the headband is lined with soft and shiny 100% Polyester Satin to protect those precious locks! Fits most heads--Maximum stretch is 25"--Comfort level will be found between 22"-24". Comes in a variety of colors to match your outfits. These garments are manufactured in Nepal by Purnaa who is an ethical garment manufacturer in Kathmandu. They have a social mission to empower those most marginalized by society to fresh starts and fulfilled lives. They produce premium garments and accessories, primarily women's and children's wear, in a beautiful, "not-a-sweatshop", manufacturing unit. Purnaa is a full service company.
