Doesn’t work
The product would not work for more then 5 seconds when I installed it right out the box. Tried many different things before contacting the supposed small husband wife owned business. When I heard back from customer service via email was told to not use the power block that came with it and try my cellphone one instead. This fixed the power issue and will now stay on. Problem being that’s my cellphone charger and I’m not gonna use it for the brand new product I bought that came with its own defective charging block. Emailed customer service back and told them it will work with my block but needed them to send me a replacement for theirs and was told they needed to forward my request to their director. Well first of all though it was a small husband wife business as it says on the customer service card in the box. Now it’s been almost a month and haven’t heard anything more. Don’t buy this will be a wasted of your money. Not to mention it hasn’t caught any bugs because the fan is too weak.

Great "Bang" For Your "Bug"!
To cut right to the chase, THIS IS A FANTASTIC PRODUCT! I had an out-of-control fungus gnat infestation in my small (and very tidy), plant-free apartment, and could not pinpoint any logical or obvious breeding location or food source anywhere. Once I noticed the first gnats, they quickly invaded my refrigerator and even my freezer. They found their way into my bathroom and my bedroom shortly thereafter, even disrupting my sleep when one would land on my exposed skin. They flew in my eyes. They flew up my nose. They entered my mouth when I would speak, yawn, or take a deep breath. They were merciless when I attempted any sort of food preparation. This is the situation I found myself in after only a few days of seeing the first gnats! So, after doing some googling, and trying everything from apple cider vinegar/dish soap traps to old-fashioned and unsightly fly paper (neither to any significant avail), I was at my wit's end when I discovered the Eon Luxe bug trap device. I bought two units so I could have coverage in the areas most affected (and may be buying two more for even better coverage). Being that I was somewhat skeptical as to this product's advertised efficacy, I am AMAZED at how quickly and how well it worked (and continues to work!) for me. After just a couple of days of operating the units 24/7, I no longer have an "infestation" but only a very minor annoyance remaining. Not many products actually do what they say they're going to do. This one does! My traps have caught hundreds and hundreds of "babies" in particular, which means they are killed before they can breed and continue their never-ending, maddening "circle of life." The unit comes with a USB power supply, which may not necessarily be ideal for people such as seniors, but I have been personally assured by the owners of the company, after bringing this to their attention, that they have taken customer feedback into account regarding this, and that USB-to-AC power adapters will be included at some point in future shipments. Until then, adapters are easily found for less than $5, so that is no reason to pass on this product. The Eon Luxe has helped restore my sanity and given me peace of mind that NOW I AM IN CONTROL!

I like blue light emitting objects
I am leaving a review because this is at least the 5th email i have received asking for a review. I am sure somewhere in the fine print it says that you MUST leave a review for this product. I am not quite sure why i need 5 emails to encourage me to leave a review for this item but i am probably also obligated to detail why i only have given this product a 4 star review.1. According to the HR department one can only receive a 5 star review if the item is perfect, hence no item is perfect and we want to encourage the producer to create a perfect product, so you are only allowed a maximum 4 star review despite a 5 star appearing to be available.2. While this item did catch a number of fungus gnats in my living room there are some that escaped. This reason hasn't been confirmed by an outside source as it is possible, although unlikely, in January that a fungus gnat could have entered my house from outside, in January, in Chicago.3. This item emits a pretty blue light. If you like blue light emitting objects this is ideal for you.4. No mosquitoes have been caught in the trap as of yet. See #2 for it is January in Chicago. I do currently have plans to travel with this blue light emitting object to Michigan in May to test it's mosquito catching capabilities and provide video evidence of it's awesomeness.5. This object also creates a soothing hum. It you like objects that create a soothing hum while emitting a blue light then i 100% recommend this item.

I loved it until I didn't
I wanted so badly to put 4 or 5 stars... It's been a great product but the motor already died, less than a month in. I put it on the counter by my back door. The dogs go in and out and in AR the mosquitos this year have been particularly bad. So a few would get in everytime we let the dogs in/out and terrorize us every night. This thing helped so much! But the motor seems to have quit already. It was on manual for a bit then auto. I'm super bummed out! 😞
