This is hard to find in the grocery store. It's a great product and what I was expecting.

Makes excellent grain free waffles and breads among other things. I cannot find a better deal for lentils that are vegan and grain free. Over 50% of their items are organic, vegan and grain free so I buy a lot of items from this company.

I was under the impression that these USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC yellow peas were a product of Canada. However, the bag itself indicates the country of origin is Canada or Turkey. Turkey?!?! That should have been disclosed. Anyhoo, they're high in fiber & a good source of protein. They can be used in soups, stews, salads & casseroles. The expiration date is well into the future.

A very good product. This makes a healthy and tasty soup. I plan to grind some into a meal powder to use as a veggie burger filler. To grind up your own in say a Vitamix is so much more economical than paying for the already ground up supplements. Make sure to always get non GMO and organically grown too. These were a good deal at a good and fair price. Very high protein. I will order more when I run out.

I have made a couple recipes to mimic the Just Egg product at the grocery. As a vegan, this has been a great addition to our kitchen.
