I had low expectations for this projector given it had a list price of £100. I was expecting low contrast, blurry image and sound which wouldn't be heard over the fan noise, and I'd have to plug in my own very loud speaker to drown out that noise... When it arrived, it had no box, just foam padding inside an Amazon box! - but then I'm after a projector not a fancy box, so I wasn't too bothered... In the packaging you get. Projector, instruction manual, lens cap, cleaning cloth, hdmi to hdmi cable, 3.5mm jack 3x phono cable, a remote control and a power cable. The remote control takes 2x AAA batteries which are not included, however the projector can be operated using the buttons on the top should you not have any batteries lying around. Like most hobbyists, I threw the instruction manual to one side without reading it and I plugged in the power cable, plugged in a fireTV stick into HDMI 2 at the back and fired up the projector. With my speakers ready to plug in. The fan noise is noticeable but for the price of projector is forgiveable, and I've definitely heard louder on other more expensive ones. There are two rotating rings on the projector lens barrel which allows you to adjust focus and tilt/shape of the image. With these it's relatively simpe to get a clear image - though I must say definitely have the projector square to the wall if you want the sharpest possible image. However for casual viewing I found it comfortable enough at a slight angle. The controls on the top allow you to change your input to HDMI2 (where fire TV was plugged in). Note although the projector could downscale the FireTV 1080p output, I changed the FireTV to 720p anyway but got not sound from it. I changed the FireTV to Stereo Audio (instead of surround sound), and then it worked fine. I used both BBC iPlayer and Plex and both worked fanatastically. In fact the audio from the projector was loud enough to drown out the fan noise, and in fact the quality although not the best was decent enough to watch an episode without me thinking it was necessarily to plug in a better speaker. Pros - Excellent picture for the money - Sound is better than I'd expect for the money Cons - Packaging is lacking - No batteries for remote A friend of mine said at the sub £100 price point you'd buy a projector you'd use once and then not want to use it again. If you're a serious film buff, then he might be right, but then you wouldn't be looking at this projector and reading this review in the first place. In my opinion, he was wrong! This project cost me a touch over £60 and it's truly amazing the quality you get these days for the money. Definitely sufficient quality for children to watch a cartoon or film with their friends. Everyone in the family were very impressed with this projector and are now looking forwards to the next film night! In fact they all want one each in their bedrooms! - Would I recommend this? - Yes - without a doubt!

Great quality projector for its size and pricing, I've been using it for the past few months and there are no big issues. The speaker is not great but it's not a big issue. It's very easily controlled through a remote and has the option to either stream through the apps on the projector, or through HDMI. The projected image is bigger and clearer than other projectors I've used before, and can be adjusted through settings depending on personal preference. I unfortunately lost my remote recently, so I've not been able to use it for a few days. I contacted Customer Service and they were very helpful and quick to respond.

I’ve wanted to buy a projector for quite a few years. I have been asked to present to several groups, and it has always been a challenge to borrow a projector for each event. But now I’ve got my own. A very pleasant Amazon driver delivered it the next day, and it was up and running soon afterwards. The auto-keystone worked well from my desk to the wall. I hunted for the 3.5mm stereo jack but then discovered that it had been upgraded to a Bluetooth connection. I worked my way through the Options page and joined it to my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. I noticed that the Add Bluetooth Speaker option actually started a timed power off, but I expect that this will be fixed in an update. Then it was time to move it into my lounge. I had to reduce the zoom option when I projected across the room onto pattered wallpaper from about 5 metres, and the Options text became a little fuzzy, but then the instruction booklet does specify a distance of 0.7m to 3 metres. Moving the projector a little closer to the wall fixed that for me. A software update prompt appeared, which I chose to install. There was a series of OK buttons to press, and the update took a few minutes to complete with a final system restart. I found the mouse function on the remote useful for navigating menus. There’s a tripod mount on the base, and I’ll probably use that so I can quickly position the projector when I’m out and about. I loaded up Amazon Prime, signed in and watched half an hour of a James Bond film. The action was lively, and the colours were pretty good, considering that the sun was coming in through a window onto the screen area. Later in the evening, I tried again, and the image quality was certainly adequate for a feature film. I guess it would have been even better without my patterned wallpaper. It’s not a cinema-quality unit, so it’s not fair to compare it with that, but I don’t have a green Exit sign over my lounge door either. I dug out a recent PPT and connected my Win11 laptop to the projector with an HDMI cable. The projector was positioned about 2.5 metres from a white and un-patterned wall. I played with the settings a bit and the projector cast a very crisp and readable picture of about 3 metres wide. My ceiling lights were set low, but then they normally are. It’s small, portable and appears quite robust. It’s a more than adequate projector and is exactly what I was looking for.

It seems very good for the price having good volume and operating system, the one thing I would like is adjustable brightness. Apart from that though it's a perfect product at a cheap price

The item turned on and requested an update- which it did perfectly. It first seemed really good. Picture was great quality. As stated, you can’t cast streaming platforms as they won’t play the video, just audio and a black screen.. I could live without this as long as it still worked via the downloadable apps. But it did not work. I tried to sign into my Disney + account several times. It appeared as always, when using a new device, with a qr code. It took me to safari and made me sign in with both email and password. After this, no matter what I did it would not go beyond this point- the projector would stay on the QR code and not sign me in. I tried the usuals of “on and off again”. I even attempted the process many times, in between turning both the projector and mobile off. I tried to google the issue too. After no success I decided to get tech support, but you can only do so via their website. This is in Chinese and when you try to translate, it only translates some of the parts. The website asks for the order details, including the Amazon order number. This seemed the only way I would be able to get tech support. I wasn’t just able to look at trouble shooting for the model number. The way the password request happened and the app refusing to sign in, coupled with the website issues, asking for Amazon details (like an order number) and being a tech company that only partially translates into English (via their own language selection option) had made me concerned about the safety of my online details and passwords. I immediately changed passwords and am returning this item. I would not recommend if you value online security. And if you have bought and used it, I would keep an eye out for suspicious activity.

Didn't want to spend daft money on a new TV for the bedroom. Was very sceptical on this but thought sod it. Honestly can't fault it one bit. Noise level is fine for us obviously can hear the fan but as soon as we're watching something we don't hear it. Picture is sharp and it auto focuses/keystone correction on start up and easy to setup. I plugged our fire stick into it and works a treat. Small and compact and had no issues with it. Seems well built and for the price it's more than worth it

This is a fantastic budget projector that works really well in the right light conditions. For this price you can’t expect a projector to work in anything but darkness. I used it to watch the World Cup games outdoors and a uk 10pm kick off in late June worked well, anything earlier wouldn’t work. Indoors you can control light better so you could use it earlier in the evening. As the photos show, it’s actually decent quality picture even on a 100inch screen. I used it with a fire stick and it was a seamless connection, but screen mirroring also worked well. I also connected it to a Bluetooth speaker to get better sound quality, although the in built speaker worked ok

The TOPTRO TR25 surprised me; it’s tiny but delivers a surprisingly sharp HD picture and bright, vibrant colours. Setup is easy thanks to electric focus and keystone correction, so no fiddling around for ages. It connects quickly over WiFi and supports HDMI in, making streaming hassle-free. Additionally, it’s extremely portable and compatible with nearly any device. Whether you want to watch movies or play games, this little projector punches way above its weight. Great value, easy to use, and backed by a warranty, I’d recommend it.

Would recommend. Absolutely excellent product. Delighted with the ease and quality of use. Screen is fantastic. Colour fantastic. Sound is also very good but easy add a Bluetooth speaker if needed. Screen casting excellent and the app store. Thank you.

Il proiettore TOPTRO modello CCK02183-J23 (X7) - Android 11, supera le ben più rosee aspettative. Montato a circa 4 MT di distanza offre una visione di 120 pollici nitida e luminosa. Per avere i 120 pollici ho dovuto agire si parametri del trapezio per ridurre l'ampiezza dell' immagine. È dotato di due tipi di autofocus, attivabili tramite le opzioni nel menù di impostazione. Il primo autofocus è sul boot (partenza accensione proiettore) ma questo regola l'autofocus sull'intera superficie di proiezione, alterando i parametri di trapezio e zoom impostati per il vostro Canvas (telo), quindi da disabilitare (secondo me) perché vi resterebbe tutte le regolazioni custom (grandezza schermo etc.) che avrete fatto, il secondo autofocus regola il fuoco sulla superficie di visione che avete impostato. Nella regolazione del trapezio, oltre ad esserci i valori cartesiani, viene visualizzato un cerchio che se regolato perfettamente (con il telecomando), avrete le corrette proporzioni del 16:9. Il TOPTRO X7, permette numerosi tipi di montaggio ivi compresa la retroproiezione. Nei menù di impostazione permette di variare molteplici parametri e non solo di visualizzazione, ma anche l' accesso al PlayStore (Google) anche se in modalità ristretta (ovvero non si possono scaricare tutte le applicazioni che si desidera). A corredo abbiamo Netflix per installato (ovviamente bisogna avere l'abbonamento) ed eventuale inserire utenza, YouTube, un browser, un visualizzatore di galleria fotografica, le app per IOS cast e Miracast per Android. È possibile installare le app (Rai, Mediaset) senza problemi e intoppi. La connettività è sia wireless che wire, infatti riconosce sia le reti a 2.4Ghz che quelle a 5Ghz, oppure utilizzare il cavo RJ45 per connettere la rete cablata. Il TOPTRO in recensione offre anche 2 porte HDMI 2 porte Usb, una uscita headphones (cuffie), una interfaccia AV con cavo fornito (oltre ad un HDMI) come da immagine, tutto corredato da un manuale anche in italiano più che decentemente tradotto. Da sottolineare che la connettività Bluetooth 5.0 è assolutamente soddisfacente e malgrado sul manuale sia specificato che non è possibile collegare una tastiera, la mia Logitech l'ha riconosciuta subito senza voli pindarici e ho potuto inserire i testi di ricerca sulle app di streaming. Ho provato sia delle cuffie bluetooth (in contemporanea con la tastiera) sia collegando un sistema audio 2 + 1 (soundbar+ subwoofer) e non sembra ci sia ritardo, anche perché è (per me) difficile capire se esiste un ritardo per colpa dell'app o del proiettore o del protocollo bluetooth. La ricettività e i tempi di risposta delle app e del telecomando non sono male, discretamente veloci e resilienti. Per i possessori di Firestick è assolutamente possibile inserirla nello slot HDMI (io ho messo una 4K) alimentandola direttamente dalla USB del proiettore accedendo quindi alle App che permette Amazon. Perché questa scelta? Solo una questione di comodità avendo sul telecomando di Firestick già il Netflix e il Disney nonché l'abitudine ad usare l'interfaccia Amazon che ho su tutti le TV di casa. La connettività USB permette l' inserimento di pen drive o HD (sia FAT 8/16/32 che NTFS 64). Riconosce tutti i formati che sono evidenziati nelle foto della recensione. Nel menù di riproduzione dei contenuti multimedia su supporti esterni (pen drive, HD) sono presenti delle regolazioni audio ma soprattutto video davvero inviadiabili). Quasi dimenticavo, con l'hdmi collegato ad un computer è possibile ovviamente, utilizzare il proiettore in extended o in duplicate del vostro schermo. Pro: Facilità di uso, portabilità, semplicità di setting, prezzo assolutamente competitivo, velocità di risposta dell' hardware, luminosità rispetto a proiettori della stessa fascia, camera stagna di proiezione (ci preoccupiamo solo di pulire la lente davanti con lo straccetto a corredo), ventola di raffreddamento appena, ma dico appena percepibile. Contro: Uno solo, avrei preferito avesse la possibilità di montare delle staffe ad X (Din 4 punti) sia sopra che sotto, piuttosto che solo il perno 1/4 (attacco fotografico) sul basso (come da fotografia allegata). Questa recensione è stata scritta dopo circa 50 ore di utilizzo.

Franchement surpris par la qualité de ce mini projecteur ! Le Projecteur TP2 de TOPTRO est très compact mais offre une image vraiment nette et agréable pour regarder des films ou des séries le soir. L’installation est rapide, la correction automatique est pratique et le Wi-Fi/Bluetooth fonctionne très bien. J’apprécie particulièrement sa légèreté et le fait qu’il soit silencieux comparé à d’autres modèles testés auparavant. L’image est top dans une pièce sombre, avec de belles couleurs et une bonne fluidité. Compatible facilement avec téléphone, console et applications de streaming. Pour le prix, le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Idéal pour une chambre, un salon ou même pour l’emporter en vacances. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Vengo de usar el toptro x7 con el estoy encantado y con este nuevo solo llevo una semana de uso y la verdad es que estoy encantado con él. Lo primero que me llamó la atención fue la luminosidad que tiene para lo pequeño y portátil que es, sorprende. El brillo de 13,000 lúmenes es impresionante. La imagen se ve clara y brillante incluso cuando no estoy a oscuras total. La resolución nativa es 720P, pero soporta hasta 1080P, así que las películas y series se ven con bastante calidad para el precio que tiene! Me encanta que tenga WIFI y Bluetooth. Puedo conectar mi teléfono o tablet sin necesidad de cables, lo que es súper cómodo y cambia totalmente si lo conectas a una barra de sonido o altavoz bluetooth. Además, la corrección vertical de ±40° es genial porque no siempre puedo poner el proyector en el centro exacto y aun así la imagen queda bien alineada. He usado el proyector con mi dispositivo Fire TV y también con mi telwfono y no he tenido ningún problema de compatibilidad. Incluso he conectado mi laptop a través de HDMI y todo ha funcionado a la perfección. También tiene puerto USB, así que puedo ver contenido directamente desde un pen drive, aunque lo he usado para alimentar al firetv ;) En resumen, este proyector es una maravilla para el precio que tiene . Es fácil de usar, versátil y perfecto para llevar a casa de amigos o usar en diferentes habitaciones. ¡Lo recomiendo totalmente!
