Perfect Alpha-gal Fat with Great Flavor
Fabulous! I have Alpha-gal and this is a perfect fat to add a bit of flavor to sautéed vegetables or creating sauces. Love it

amazing.
this is absolutely wonderful for cooking. it doesn't absorb into the food, so if you put a tablespoon into the pan to fry potatoes, you don't have to add more oil as you cook. it smells a lot like chicken fat, but it adds a lovely flavor to what you are making. it is a smooth solid, but melts quickly. i really like this.

Solid choice for duck fat
I was an Epic Duck Fat user, til I couldn’t find it anywhere. I heard Epic was bought out so you’ll have to use your brain to figure out what that means for the masses. Anyway, this is a solid choice if you are looking to buy duck fat and less expensive.

Tastes good, the can is awkward to use
It tastes fine. I didn’t think about it but the can is an odd container, I keep it with a plastic bag over the open top, kept in place with a rubber band.
