This Makes Everything Better
This stuff is ridiculously good. I’ve been adding it to everything from couscous to roasted vegetables, and suddenly very ordinary meals taste like I had an actual plan. It’s smoky, a little spicy, beautifully savory, and has enough depth that you really don’t need much. My favorite part is how easy it is to use. A spoonful can rescue something as basic as broccoli and turn it into the part of the meal I’m most excited about. At this point, I’m less interested in finding new recipes and more interested in finding new things to put rose harissa on. Five stars for making weeknight food significantly less boring.

Delicious light kick!
This is my first time ever trying Harissa and this one is delicious! I little goes a long way but the depth of added flavor to food is amazing. My favorite is adding it to butter beans.
