This works!! I have used it over 1 year. I did stop using it for a couple months because i bought some different shampoo only because it smelt good, and I forgot my hair falls out when I don't use this stuff. I jumped right back on it. You will not see new hair right away, that takes a couple months, but your hair will stop falling out immediately. Like within a week or two completely. Trust the process, be patient your hair only grows 6'in a year anyway so in a couple months or so you will see the new hair. I highly recommend!!

Very good product. My only complaint is that sometimes the bottle has arrived with the shampoo spilled inside the packaging. Almost a quarter of the product is wasted.

The product arrived damaged-The pump is broken. This is very disappointing and a waste of time. Repackaging and return the item is a time consuming and frustrating process
