Fiskars Paper Crimper (12-93408897)

This is a great product. I do not use it as a paper crimper but as a soda can crimper. It is great for making siding and or roofing material for Buildings for G scale Train layouts. it is almost to the perfect 1:24 scale. You must be slow and take it easy but it works great with no damage to the Crimper.This is a great product.Ron

THESE CRIMPER IS VERY USER FREINDLY AND WORKS WELL ON THINNER PAPER. I TRIED IT ON CARD STOCK AND REALLY DID NOT GET THE DESIRED RESULTS. BUT WITH A LIGHT WEIGHT PAPER IT WORKS GREAT, I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO GETTING OTHER CRIMPERS WITH DIFFERENT SHAPES ON IT.

I ordered this paper crimper after a disappointing experience with another brand. This crimper is the best! It has metal rollers, is easy to use and the "teeth" are close enough together to give a good corrugated look on cardstock. I use mine in cardmaking. Service from this company was great. Received my order in record time which thrilled me because I wanted to use it in creating Christmas cards.

I bought this for my daughter, an elementary school teacher, for her to use for decorating her classroom. Wow! It is an amazing product! It is so easy to use, and produces a perfectly crimped border each time. We tried it on several types of paper, poster board, etc., and each turned out perfect!

I use this crimper for model making... not exactly their intended use.I crimp sheet aluminum from soda cans, to create corrugated roofing and siding materialfor O-gauge train buildings.The results are very good, the crimper does a nice job. If it were built a little stronger(more metal, less plastic... or at least heavier plastic) I would LOVE it.that said, I do like it a lot.so much so that I will buy another one when/if this one dies on me.

Was easy to handle and I enjoy using it ! Able to crimp various types of paper easily. The bed area is wide.The quality of this item and its pricing are all good!

I am not happy with this. When I ordered I thought I was ordering the crimper that was a straight lined crimper and fairly heavy duty. When this one arrived I was so excited, I took it out of the packaging and put it in my craft room for later use. BEWARE! The photo's lie! This is a 'WAVY' type of crimper and cheaply made. Does NOT put a good crimp in the paper and its plastic and cheezy. Don't waste your money. Unfortunately I don't have any way of returning this. Amazon was not at faulty but the seller does a bait/switch.

I wanted to make the type of crimping paper used in gift bags. This is not the tool of that. The crimping is light and even after crimping a piece of paper you still need to cut with scissors to get smaller pieces. Not sure what this tool is used for?
