Broken contents, destroying silverware and insulated glasses and not returnable
Besides having most of the cells broken, the product is eating through my expensive stainless steel silverware and my insulated glasses are having the glue opened and the glasses are being destroyed. I'm using the measure for our loose product dishwasher detergent and it is still destroying things. I'm ready to throw the whole thing out and they won't return it

Dishes don’t need perfume.
I love this stuff. I have been reluctant to use a dishwasher for years even though I know the way I've been hand washing dishes is inefficient and ineffective. Our new home came equipped with a dishwasher and a friend gave us a few samples of a well-known brand of dishwashing pods to get us started. The dishes seemed clean using the pods but the strong chemical-perfumed scent that permeated the kitchen burned my eyes when I opened the dishwasher. Savvy Green Dishwasher Packs are easy to pop in and they clean dishes without an overpowering scent. I recommend this product without hesitation.

Good product, broken packets
Savvy Green is a good product, but 5 of the packets in our first bag were broken. That is all that stands between it and 5-star status.

Left a white film on my dishes n in my dishwasher that has been difficult to remove

Have been using this over a year and I highly highly recommend this. I've never seen a product clean so well and without that sticky film. The water in my area is hard so I add vinegar in a small jar on the top shelf. The packaging is also great. I looked up Savvy Green online and it's run by two women in St Pete FL which is v cool.

Lovely smell and nice to the environment.
I had a pro series dishwasher and a single pod worked great for every load. Unfortunately, I have a less powerful dishwasher now, and I have to use two pods per load. Since the dishwasher is apparently the problem, I'll stick with five stars. It smells great and I like that it's eco-friendly.

Almost all the pods burst. It’s all powder. Want a refund.
Haven’t even opened the bag. It’s all powder aside from a couple of pods. Would like to return.

Have used Cascade for years and their pods didn't clean like Savvy.
