Stopped working got a new one in replacement.. Welldone agaro
Stopped working after return window closed.We loved this product it was beautiful.. But it stopped working after 10 days.. The light only glows but the water is not heating.. Also the noise level is high.. Going to claim for warranty.. Will update once get the replacement..They have sent me a new kettle... Hoping it will long last... I am happy with kettle performance...

The product and service was very good, I got an issue with the product 1 year after purchase but since the product was under warranty i got a replacement with a hassle free process.

Defective and damaged piece which Amazon doesn’t want to reimburse.
I ordered this kettle as a gift for my sister. While it arrived in time it was damaged and defective. As you see in the picture it was damaged. The kettle doesn’t heat up even though the LED light turns on. So I tried to place a return/replace product. All they say is that product can’t be returned as it’s no longer in the return window. So does that mean we are stuck with a product which doesn’t work? What kind of service is this. I rate this zero. Do not buy this product.

Great customer support
It worked great for 2 months. Then stopped working all of a sudden. Light is on when switched on, but doesnt heat.Edit :- customer support was very helpful and they had agreed to replace the product instantly, but since they did not have this product in stock, it took them around 20 days to finally send the replacement. Today i recieved the product. It is completely new and working great. Happy customer :)

Good customer support
Initial product stopped working after few months. New product was shipped within few days, on raising request with customer service. Kettle is handy, easy to use and boils water quickly.
