Hope this helps **Q: I have lost my keys, can I get replacement ones? If so where from please?** A: Sorry, I can only suggest you do a search of the manufacturers on Google. Amazon will have a record in your account of the company you purchased it from. **Q: Does it fit A4 envelopes?** A: It does but the envelope sticks out of the top of the lid. I was very disappointed with the postbox as it rusted really quickly. I’ve had it less than a year and now had to buy a different one. **Q: Can it be screwed to a stone wall** A: I think it is possible as there are screws included. I have put it on my front door. Different material but same purpose ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top Quality for affordable price *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 1 September 2026* Top quality . Easy enough to screw to wall. Speedy delivery . Love it πŸ‘ŒπŸ» ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Letter box *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 30 May 2026* Great letterbox, style keeps water out only downside is the key mechanism, which can be awkward to open ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks smart *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 6 October 2025* Looks very smart. Easy to use. Very good value for money. However A4 brochures don’t fit in and stick up and out meaning it’s not very secure if you are out all day or away for a few days. Quite thin metal so it may not last for many years but too soon to say. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.mx/products/174186242-songmics-post-box-wall-mounted-letterbox-viewing-windows-nameplate](https://www.desertcart.mx/products/174186242-songmics-post-box-wall-mounted-letterbox-viewing-windows-nameplate) --- *Product available on Desertcart Mexico* *Store origin: MX* *Last updated: 2026-11-08*
