The only kind I find is a mixture with self -rising wheat flour. So, the answer is no but the main thing to remember is to get the bubbles out or you will have a lot of larges holes in your bread. **Q: Is it white corn? Or yellow??** A: My bag does not say what kind of corn they use but the flour in my bag looks yellow and so does the picture on Amazon. It could be a mix but including the yellow-white version would just add to the cost without enhancing anything. Texture and taste improve what we've used it for. Gives fried chicken a crisp, sweet coat.
